Should have separate adult pool n kids pool!!! Also lounges way to close together ..sides practically touching ..no privacy n practically sitting with someone else’s family!! Short staffed at pool etc…they did a great job but not fair to your employers nor your guests.

The bed and bar. Bed - It was a bit too hard for us. Bar - I'm sorry, but we had the worst drinks EVER! We kept going back in hopes of getting something we'd like, but the bartenders just didn't have it. I don't think they knew what they were doing.

The walls are soo thin. We could hear the tv in the room next to us, the guy in the hallway sneezing 10 times, and the people above us- we could hear the toilet flushing, we could hear them walking, dragging chairs, and opening/closing their balcony door.

The resort has a full schedule of activities for the kids which we loved! My son enjoyed the hat decorating (extra cost), the bounce house, bubbles, tattoos & stickers. The DJ is pretty good & brings the vibes to the pool. The rooms were nice and updated.

Booking.com disclosed a $38 per day resort fee and I was charged $40 per day resort fee. I would like a refund of the difference. There was not disclosure about this rate being subject to change.

When I booked the room, I didn't read the fine print well enough to see that there are substantial resort and parking fees. I had an email that said the fees were $42 and $38 respectively, but I was charged $45 and $40 because the rates had gone up in the interim. I know the difference isn't a lot of money, but it annoys me that they would not honor the original rate. I'm not really sure what the resort fee is for. There are additional fees from just about everything the resort offers - spa and pickleball, for sure. Speaking of which, the pickleball courts are nothing to write home about either.

Nice, large room with an enormous television. The room was quiet even though we were facing the freeway in the closest building to the freeway. The cleaning staff did an excellent job.

There wasn’t many healthy choices on the bar menu. The fish tacos are deep fried. The pool menu could also use a boost of more healthier choices. We order chicken strips and fries- we had to ask for more sauces and salt for the fries. ( no big deal- but took a long time).

The building we were in needed a fresh coat of paint. The entrance and hallways were dirty. The bathroom sink had a hairline crack and the bath tub needed to be reglazed. The tib was extremely slippery and dangerous.
