I wish the shower was better and the room a little bigger but otherwise a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again.

Quite a long way from anywhere of interest. Parking is expensive unless you join the rewards scheme (it's free so why not) at which point you may well be able to negotiate it being free.

Nice. well equipped room. Consistent quality so you know what to expect. Decent though small gym. Parking. Easy to get everywhere though quite a long way from everywhere, if that makes sense.

Self park is $35 a day and valet $42 which is ridiculous. This property is in an office park and not as close to the beach as the map shows. There are no views or anything that would command $35 self park fees. In addition, they charge for WiFi.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. It is a newer property, and you feel safe and comfortable there.

What really put me off was the one sever on early on in the evening. My partner was having a beer I hadn’t decided on a drink yet , when she came back we asked for dinner menus which she gave to us and left to serve others , she was quite busy so after 10 minutes I went to the bar to order two drinks … she stormed over and told me off telling me she was my server and i’ll get into trouble if I go to the bar! She was very rude and if I hadn’t ordered drinks i would have left

My only complaint would be the sliding bathroom doors I wish it was closed off and there was no space for air to escape!

The location is convenient, but it’s right near the highways so it’s not a place to go for a special occasion.

The hotel is very, very, nice for what it is. These ratings are so difficult because it was a perfect stay for what we needed, but it’s not in a location that I would recommend to somebody for a special occasion. I would definitely stay here again – it was very clean, comfortable, tasteful. Breakfast was delicious.

Once I entered the foyer of the hotel, it was extremely noisy. The restaurant & bar were very close to the front desk and therefore additionally noisy as you entered . Shower dripped all night long, hard to sleep.

Front desk assistance was handled very well. Attention to my additional needs were done in a timely manner. Helped with my transportation needs. They were friendly.

The sink faucet in the room seemed to have air trapped in it, so when I turned it on, it blasted water forward onto my business jacke, trousers and shirt. This happened when I was all ready to leave the room to a business meeting! Needless to say, I had to change my shirt and pants, but didn't have another business jacket so had to make due with a soggy jacket. I did tell the front desk the next day when I was checking out.

The parking fee is somewhat expensive and it seems the capacity is not so enough, so you might have to find a spot if you come late. It is not so near the aiport and you would have to drive 20+ minutes to catch a flight.

The room was great, and the staff there were so nice. Quiet and wonderful experience in this hotel. The location seems safe and good. Parking was convient just near the hotel front door. valet parking is available.

Had to pay for parking AND internet, which added an extra $45.00 per day. Breakfast not included either - usually something we seek out when booking. We were there for a soccer tournament so wanted to stay with the team.

Great room with comfy king bed and sofa with ottoman. Our granddaughter found the sofa so comfortable that she stayed over a couple of nights. Large pool that all the kids enjoyed. Great location near the highway but not too close (no noise problems). Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The room is clean. The towels are good quality, very soft and smell good. The shower comes with hand shower head which is a big plus. Lots of outlets and hangers you can use.
