They didn't have an king size beds available on the ground floor so I opted for the 2 beds. I didn't realize at the time that the beds were double beds and not queen size beds. The beds were very firm which wasn't a real issue for me but my wife prefers a softer bed.

I chose this hotel as it was close to an event i was attending.

The breakfast police she would always stare at my kids when we went to eat breakfast. If you weren't Hispanic she would tell on you for getting drinks in your own cup but the Hispanic people she wouldn't say anything to them. The language barrier when the lady whom spoke English wasn't around so we learned to just say servicio to get them clean our room. The cups they had to get juice were for toddlers and it was enough to just give you a taste of the juice. The door handle felt like it was going to break off and when you closed the door you had to make sure it closed or somebody could just walk up and push it open.

The comfortable beds, The ladies who work in the office area, everything is in a reasonable distance from the hotel. Had a incident where my kids got in trouble we were able to handle the situation with management without too many problems.

I didn’t like that my kids were called the n word at the pool nothing was done. But if we would have kicked that mans butt we would have been kicked out

Hot tub only has residual rainwater in it. Pool was nasty. Hotel tried to put me in a double double even though I’d reserved a king.

There were dirty towels stuffed in the dresser, a broken light bulb on the floor, and pee stained sheets.

The rooms could have been better maintained, walls were dirty, they need to upgrade dirty old cloth sofas, bedspread was dirty and burn hole in it, the outer part of toilet was dirty the floor was dirty and the edges of the floor and walls dirty, the indoor doors were dirty, the pictures on the internet did not match the way hotel rooms really look... old vehicles were parked around the parking lot, rooms were not comfortable at all.Needs major updating overall!

After I was checked in, they made key cards for our room and tried to put another family in our room! I had to go to the office and tell them. The person who checked me in tried to say it wasn't my room. After 20 minutes of back and forth she finally said, Oh that's right. i checked you in earlier. I was very angry and annoyed! On top of that, the sheets were filthy, the bed spread had cigarette burns on them. When I asked for different bedding I was told there was no more because they were over booked. I had to go to Walmart and get sheets and blankets. On top of that there was only one hand towel, one wash cloth and one bath towel. We reserved a non smoking room and the room freaked like cigarette smoke. Horrible experience!

It had a leak in the ceiling right above the toilet. The breakfast was not great-but better than nothing.

When-in the middle of the night-the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking heavily, the night staff quickly accommodated by providing a key to another comparable room. We had to pack up and load then un-load, but at least we were helped quickly.
