The location was remarkable. 2 minute walk to the beach, shipping, restaurants and bars everywhere. We were in a private room and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Coffee in the morning was a plus. Nice equipped kitchen. Street parking is free on Sundays and holidays. Otherwise it’s free for two hrs.

but it can get a little grimey in the area lots of unhoused individuals prepare to be yelled at/cat called esp as a solo female travelled.

Right by the beach, lots of lounging areas, kitchen, room set up is nice, house keeping everyday, u can ask for changes of towels sheets etc.

Nothing could be better in my opinion, especially for a hostel. Every member of staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

The facility was so nice and cozy with clean amenities! The location was perfect with being so close to the beach and nearby eateries. If I ever return to San Diego I will definitely be staying here again!

The mixed dorm was very small, as were the lockers, and we were lucky it was only full on one of the 3 nights we were there as it could have easily felt cramped. Also there were no privacy curtains as mentioned on the listing.

Hostel was very clean, including the bathrooms and even though we were there on the weekend we never had to wait long for showers. Breakfast was nice and other guests were all respectful

It exceeded my expectations honestly. I guess it could have been cheaper given it is a hostel, but overall I was satisfied.

For a Hostel, I found the bed very comfortable. I liked the vibe of the place. It was literally 5 minutes from the beach. I was also very impressed by how quiet it was during the night. I stayed there with my niece and my 2 sons and we had a great experience. I liked how we were able to use the kitchen as well. Everyone was very respectful and the hostel was very clean.

Bunkbeds are not comfortable for people over 5’10”, the rooms could use a desk or a shelf or something to put things on, breakfast was very light, just eggos, packaged oatmeal, tangerines, and Aussie bites. Every day the same.

No curtains for the beds... They have smoking and Non smoking areas but at the end the tabaco smell is in all the shared areas in the ground floor, including the reception

The property is so close to everything we wanted! Food, coffee, the beach. It was perfect! The bed was great, better than most hotel beds I’ve been on lately.

The beds were very soft, the rooms very small for 4 people (two bunk beds).

The location is amazing, they have a full kitchen, back patio, place to leave bikes, front porch :) It was cleaner than expected! Spacious bathroom, showers, etc. I would come again :)

I love the closeness to the beach. All the little shops up and down the street were fantastic. Everybody there was so friendly and nice. The accommodations were wonderful. Definitely stay there again
