These are small things, but the master bath faucets (shower too) need a bit of tightening, and we weren’t sure how to turn on the cooktop’s downdraft—but everything else was great!

We loved the location, being right across the street from the beach! The pool was great, and I spent a decent amount of time on the screened in porch. The inside was spacious and the beds were really comfortable!

First off, my family has been coming to the outer banks since before I was born, so this wasn’t my first visit. We visit every year normally as a big group and we rent a big house but this year timing was off for everyone. I still wanted to bring my own family, my kids look forward to the beach trip every year. I wasn’t able to book a last minute house big enough for us and in my price range for two adults and six kids. Then I found the Saltaire cottages. I was a little worried at first when I booked that my family would be cramped in the cottage and maybe we would bother other visitors with all these kids.. but I’m so GLAD I booked the cottage! We had a blast! We stayed in cottage 11, it’s a 3BR 2bath and was plenty big enough for 8 people! The day before we left another big family was coming in to the cottage beside us so we were happy to see another big family. The pool was clean, bigger than most house pools and we were the only ones in it for a bit so the kids got to be kids in the pool. As for the beach, loading 6 kids up to go to the beach is a hassle in its self, but the beach access was just steps away! I was able to rent a beach cart from the cottages as well! The staff helped us quickly and very nice! One of the TVs was smarter than me and I couldn’t get it work but staff came in and fixed it in less than 3 minutes. I’m planning on bringing my mom back for her birthday in September, hoping to stay at the cottages again! Saltaire staff, thank you so much!

Our unit had some ants that found their way mostly into the kitchen with a couple venturing into the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was great!

We had a great time staying at Saltaire Cottages! The unit was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic kitchen supplies. We loved the private screened porch and easy access to the beach. The location was perfect and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping locations. The pool was clean and my family enjoyed the raised platform with seating and oversized connect four game. The staff was clear and communicative via email. Check in and check out procedures were easy to follow.

On the exterior, the room appeared to be dated, but it had been modernized upon entering. It was equipped with all the modern appliances and electronics. Extremely comfortable, and I will return to this location. Walking distance to food and bar.

Location (across the street from the ocean, close to entertainment and restaurants). The staff was friendly, professional and very patient with all my questions in arranging for our family gathering. We have stayed at Saltaire numerous times now and I and my family have never been disappointed. This was our first time staying in the bungalow large enough for 10. It was big enough to accommodate our traveling 10 staying over for Thanksgiving and large enough to handle a few others for our Thanksgiving dinner. We are thinking about next year too!

Tv was confusing. Could never get local news,but that's not what I was looking for. I wanted great restaurants and shops and found them. AC units are window units and kinda loud. Got cool at night, so I turned them off and ran nice ceiling fans.

Great location and staff was terrific. Room was very comfortable. Staff was there to help us with anything. Very friendly. Liked my little doggie. Highly recommend for at least the off season. Haven't been there when everyone else shows up. Also, great live music until 9.

600 $ USD for a few hours is too high. You check in at 3:00 PM at need to be out at 10:00 AM, so could be cheaper or the staying hours longer.

Great localisation just a few meters from the ocean. Outside pool with great water. Spacious rooms. Good kitchen appliances. Despite the high price it was a nice stay, so if you can afford 600$ per night go ahead :)

Everything was amazing :)

The cottage was amazing - plenty of room for 4 people, with 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room / kitchen area. Although we didn’t meet the hosts personally, they kindly provided us with lots of information about the area and a goody bag. We loved the fact that the cottage was 2 minutes walk from a private beach!! Definitely will be coming back in the future.

The location Is superb, the rooms are very nice, clean and perfectly tidy. The space is comfortable and you get to relax and enjoy the beautiful location. We also enjoyed the pool and the facility in general. The staff was always in contact and very diligent

Perfect location with beach access and a pool. Loved that there was enough space for us and my parents to feel comfortable. The covered porch was great as it poured soon after we checked in. Will definitely stay again and for longer.
