There is really nothing to say that we didn't like.

Breakfast every morning was delicious! The house was beautiful. The view from the back porch was amazing! We were in walking distance to stores restaurants. Matt & Kristi were wonderful hosts.

Great place to stay in Bar Harbor. Location made all destinations within walking distance. Room, view, breakfast and host made it a wonderful experience.

Our mattress was worn in the middle pretty bad so it slanted. It wasn’t very comfortable.

The location can't be beat! We loved waking up to the water views in the morning, and having easy walking distance access to downtown Bar Harbor. The local movie theater/pizza place was a lot of fun on the one rainy day we were there -- highly recommend.

I can not think of any thing that ww disliked.

Great location central to town. Inn owners were wonderful. Breakfast was great, and Presention of food on your plate was very nice and it was good, The view was beautiful, And we looked forward to sitting down at the water every evening on Frenchmen Bay.

The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was not longer.

The warmth and friendliness of the Innkeepers made us feel like family. The specially prepared breakfast would be considered gourmet in any 4 star Hotel. The old fashioned claw foot tub was a relaxing joy to behold as well as the large glass enclosed shower. The views of the Bay from our room and private deck were breathtaking. Having a fireplace in every room added an additional ambiance to an already beautiful setting.

Creative and delicious breakfast on sunporch with a view. Warm and welcoming innkeepers with masses of good information, written and oral to guide one's stay. A real treat: heated/radiant bathroom floor for my cold feet in the morning!

Home made breakfasts were delicious. Rooms were spacious. Bed very comfortable, lovely linens. The hosts were warm, inviting, knowledgeable, friendly. Can’t say enough. Beautiful location on the water. Stunning views. I would love to return. Just outside the busy Bar Harbor village, but still walking distance.

The car park was poor and we had difficulty lugging our cases past parked vehicles over the rocks and along the lawn up the steps and then up the stairs with no assistance offered . Considering the owners had been there since 3005 this suggests a lack of csre

The breakfast was reasonable , it was what they were making and not necessarily what we wanted. The tea making facility was theoretically ideal but deficient in that the coffee was not there all the time if you wanted milk as we did for tea we had to find Someone to ask for it . We couldn’t understand why there was not a jug of milk in the fridge . Also cereal was not offered readily for breakfast and we managed to get some it had milk in it that was like water . Breakfast lacked choice which was disappointing because we thought the hotel was expensive .
