Didn't like that the bathtub didn't drain while taking a shower. It definitely needed to be de-clogged. There was also long hair on the shower wall when we first arrived, kind of gross. We also had to kill about 5 misquotes the first night. Room was stuffy but we couldn't open the door because of the large crack (didn't want to let in any more bugs).

Loved the property for walking. Close to coffee shop which was a bonus! It isn't within easy walking distance of the beach but it was nice being between Lincoln City and Deope Bay. Easy drive to both. Loved the fire pit for making smores! The room was pretty quiet, which we enjoyed!

The kids playground areas were subpar. Considering the majority of people there had kids. For the prices they charge they need to update kid areas.

A good mix of nature and hotel.

Had the clam chowder and the serving was very small and it was also too salty. Had the chicken sandwich which was over-all good but the aioli was very strange and "chalky" and I would not have that sandwich next time because of this condiment. The room was nice but without carpet or a rug seemed not very cozy. The glass on the fireplace wasn't clean which took away from the ambience as well.

wine was good and service was very good

Cool property, very pretty surroundings, great amenities but definitely loud highway noise. Our room was pretty close to 101 so wasn't the most peaceful. Close to Depot Bay and Lincoln city so lots to do in surrounding area.

The parking is great, rooms are large and the property is nice. The on site restaurant is great and they offer a spa. Downsides are- the usb charging outlets didn't work and we got very little wifi signal.

The pictures shown on booking.com for a double queen room were not what we received. There must be a new and an old part of this property. Our room while nice, was old and did not match the pictures. We chose to eat breakfast at the resort one morning, it was not a good value, when you pay $12 for steel cut oatmeal with whipped cream, cinnamon and seasonal berries- and you get plain oatmeal with 2.5 berries on it- tends to start the day off with a frowny face. Thankfully the properties other breakfast option the next morning made up for it.

I liked that it was like being at a resort, the golf course is huge, it has a trail through the woods to the beach. The beach access is as closed for erosion, but if you take the road to the left, there is another public access on the right between some houses. Loved the little strip mall they have. The smoothie shop also has yogurt bowls regular and dairy free, which were fantastic and a good value!

The room did not have the heat turned on upon arrival + if smelled musty, like a cabin that has not been aired out on a first visit. Once, the heat was on and the door opened for a few minutes, it was perfect.

For my mother/daughter spring break trip, we especially loved doing yoga together overlooking a peaceful stream and vibrant green trees and playing tennis for a couple of hours. The room was comfortable: great sleep on the excellent mattress, variety of pillows, fireplace, and table + chairs to have breakfast at. The front desk service was excellent. I was accommodated with a room change after seeing the first room and wanting a different location on the property. The resort has many different buildings, some closer to the highway, some on the golf course, some on the bike pump track + some overlooking a forest. We dined at the only open onsite restraunt + the food + service was 5/10. The restraunt design was beautiful to look at but completely bland with ingredients + service. The pool and hot tub were top notch! We swam laps + enjoyed the high end loungers, couches, and poolside seating. The hot tub had an eclectic design and we just loved it. I would absolutely return to this resort and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Only dislike was not being near/ on the beach. Listening to the crashing waves, and breathing in the salty air is an experience all on its own. This is the only thing I would change about this hotel.

The bed was what stood out to me the most. It was so comfortable! For the first time ever, staying in a hotel and waking up the next morning, I had ZERO back pain. Coming from someone who suffers from chronic back pain, this speaks volumes. I had to ask what mattress they used, so I could get one for my home. They told me they use Avacodo mattresses. You sink in like a cloud, but have zero pressure on the joints. You have zero motion transfer, so your SO won’t disturb your sleep and vice versa. Huge plus in my book. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. If you decide to eat at the restaurant, be sure to order the Brussel Sprouts appetizer, and the Peach Cobbler for dessert. You won’t be disappointed!

Service was good yet slightly uniformed about cocktails. Also, it was super sunny and would have been nice to have a cocktail outdoors on the deck outside of the Attic. The room was slightly worn but aligned with the cost of the stay.

Happy Hour and Dinner was great. Poke bowls were a hit.

Dusty. Moved the table to sit us all, dirty under the table and an Old Navy tag on the floor.

The sauna wasn't working well and it was very cool. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

What a beautiful little lodge in the forest. We were looking for a place to stay on our LA - Seattle road trip, and the lodge was fantastic. We booked a double queen, but they were able to swap us to a king bed room. The room itself was lovely, very cosy and quiet with a gas fireplace. There are filtered water machines across the property and while no kettle, there is a microwave in the room to heat water. Additionally, reception offered hot water 24/7 for tea. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even providing us a toothbrush, and were very happy to help during our stay.
