It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Not only does it have astonishing views but also great service, clean and beautiful rooms and also a great restaurant

If you’re a fan of Twin Peaks or simply looking for a place full of atmosphere and natural beauty, this hotel will exceed your expectations. The hotel sits right above Snoqualmie Falls, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with fireplaces and luxurious bathtubs. Everything is done with great attention to detail. The staff is polite and attentive, and you truly feel like a welcomed guest. The most striking part is the feeling that you’re inside the world of Twin Peaks. The recognizable facade, the scenery — everything feels like it came straight from the screen, yet it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to relax.

We dined at the restaurant during our stay. The overall experience was good — the food was tasty and the setting is beautiful. However, the service didn’t quite match the high standards of the hotel. It was a bit slow at times and felt less refined in comparison to the exceptional service we received elsewhere in the lodge. It’s still a solid option if you’re staying at the hotel or visiting the area, but set your expectations slightly lower than the level of the hotel itself.

Our stay was an excellent experience from start to finish. This hotel fully deserves its reputation as one of the best in the Western U.S. The service was outstanding, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and peaceful. The views of the waterfall are breathtaking. While you can't see it directly from the room patio (but you can hear it thou), it's just a short 5-minute walk away - and absolutely worth it.

The construction on the valet was unsightly, but the staff did their best under the circumstances.

The staff went above and beyond. Even though we just returned from hiking Mount Rainier, they treated us like royalty.

I didn't understand that I would not be a view from my room. I was on the bottom floor overlooking the chain link fence and power plant. It was quite expensive and really a place for 2 people. I would not recommend for a solo traveler...more of a celebration kind of place.

Beautiful location and hotel. Loved having a fireplace in my room and a fire pit outside.

The property was under active renovation so I assume this is why there was no deck onsite to sit, be waited on and enjoy the view. The dining options are limited and the food in the restaurant is overpriced.

    Clean hotel and friendly staff.

They allow dogs and there was one near our room that was barking non stop. They were great in helping us move rooms though. But surprised a high end place allows dogs.

Reservations at the temporary Attic restaurant were running behind schedule. We don’t know whether this was exceptional circumstances. Lack of reference to Twin Peaks - our main reason for visiting.

Beautiful location! Lovely comfortable hotel with touches of luxury. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the falls. Staff were friendly and helpful - particularly at checkin and Damon, our lovely waiter.

My only criticism would be around the booking process. For a “spa” hotel, access to the spa facilities are incredibly limited. If you do not book access to the 268 club alongside your room (for c$130 more), forget about being able to enjoy a dip in the pool and enjoy the sauna. We were incredibly lucky that a) we were visiting mid-week, and b) the Director of Rooms was on hand to help. Considering the confusion (and the earache I received from my other half about booking a spa hotel, where she couldn’t use the spa), we were provided with complimentary access to the 268 club. Which managed to flip a potentially disastrous stay, into a wonderful experience. Top marks to our saviour of the hour.

The views around the hotel are simply spectacular. The rooms are lovely, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.
