The jacuzzi wasn't working..but was happy to be moved to another room..which had one that worked.....the staff did a great job..thanks Sandy!!

Went through Booking.com and the reservation was misleading. We thought our room (Hacienda) was “on site” not 2 blocks from main facility. Didn’t feel safe walking back to room at night!

Our room was located in the back of the property near the ally away from the rest of the rooms. We could hear the horse and carriage tours walk by after we were in bed. The people above us decided to walk heavily between the hours of 11am and 2am.

The location. The staff were very prompt in responding to my text anytime we needed something. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The bed. I travel OFTEN all over the country in hotels resorts and bed and breakfasts. The bed we had in our room wasn’t just “uncomfortable” because let’s face it, bed comfort is highly subjective. But this mattress was WORN OUT. It sagged horribly in the middle. You could feel every coil spring because the padding was so thin. My wife and I could hardly sleep. This bed needs to be replaced. As in TODAY. For 500$ a night this was unacceptable. Other than this one issue it was perfect.

It was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The staff was very accommodating, laid back and views were amazing. I will definitely stay again.

I could have won the lottery while there. Really, it was perfect.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was magnificent, breakfast was delicious and served in the courtyard which when staying on the water is wonderful! I cannot say anything bad about this establishment. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was nice but a little dated (esp. bathroom) - it's an old house, but I still prefer modern fixtures/updates. The bathtub had a ring around it from previous use. Bed was not super comfortable albeit tolerable.

We stayed in an upstairs room that was very comfortable with a deck area with a water view. There are several outdoor spaces in which to relax. We really liked the individuality prepared happy hour snacks & wine delivered to our room. Communication with the staff was via text which was very convenient for scheduling breakfast & happy hour delivery time. I would suggest having coffee available before the 8am start of breakfast.

Awesome place located on the historic street close to everything. We were with 4 adults and 2 kids, and we loved it. Very antique feel of the house super comfortable beds and on the morning they bring breakfast basket to your door. Defiantly would recommend Bayfront Marin House.

Breakfests were excellant. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and down-right pretty. Staff was very attentative to our needs and the location was right where you would want to be. Just perfect in every way!!
