The staff truly understands and expresses hospitality. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast choices every day. It was also a pleasure to meet all of the friendly personnel at the front desk...always a big smile & a desire to help! Thanks for a special getaway.

Only thing I can complain is about the beach. It’s right next to public beach which isn’t so great with some of the people are rude. We moved down the beach to be away from the entrance. The hotel is right on the entrance of the beach. Other than that it’s great stay.

Perfect location . Beach out your door. Great coffee shop 2 blocks away . Restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle into St. Augustine which runs frequently. Beach accessories thoughtfully provided. Staff exceptionally nice.

We had a beautiful corner room with lots of windows on the 2nd floor but it was right next to the ramp to enter the beach with alot of foot traffic. The Room is long with the sink (no privacy door) and toilet/shower (privacy door exists) far end of the room but within line of sight from the porch windows so it felt the room lacked a bit of privacy. The pillows were large and lofty but for side sleepers they were a bit too tall and we both wound up with stiff necks. The parking lot is a little tight.

Right on the Beach, bright and airy, very clean, and staff is very friendly and hard working. Nice little porch to sit on to watch what is going on outside. Bed was very comfortable, but the pillows a little too lofty for side sleepers. Nice little kitchenette. The area is very nice with a convenient coffee shop and Publix about a block away. Very quick easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. Several good restaurants in the area. The staff made a nice breakfast but it lacked a bit of flavor but it is way nicer than a continental breakfast.

If you are going to Visit St Augustine, this is a great place to stay. Also, it's right on the Beach. All the rooms have a Full Beach Ocean View. The Staff at the hotel is very friendly. Also, they have a shuttle that will take you to downtown St Augustine so that you do not have to worry about parking. They have a nice free Continental breakfast with things like Scrambled Eggs, Egg Casserole, Breakfast Potatoes, Etc. Also, there is free parking on the premise. It's also pet-friendly. I would for sure stay here again.

They do not offer guaranteed early check in, even for a special event and request to check in one hour early. Although we were able to check in early, it was hard to make plans for wedding photos at 3 pm versus 4 pm.
