I always prefer to have my coffee in my room. If you are that person too, I would recommend bringing some with you.

One nice thing about this motel is you park right in front of your own space . each unit has its own space! The front desk was wonderful. His name was David and he walked me to my room to ensure that everything was as I preferred. The room was very clean in fact, not a speck of dust anywhere. I also noted that the room was brought down to a nice cool temperature before my arrival. The weather was in the mid 90s. I almost called to make sure that had happened but they thought of it an already. I like that this motel is centrally, located and close to a lot of of food options.

I liked the rooms and how clean they were. The staff were very friendly. It's also only about 1.5 miles from I-90, which was perfect for me. The air conditioning was working just fine.

A remarkable motel. I rarely make any comment at all bit this needs to be. Elegant rooms, all new and with American colonial finishing and fitting. Owner is hands-on and incredible. His glee in his work is evident. Kudos. Ill be back. Everyone else? You ought to choose this spot. Hard.to beat at any money.

No complaints, I typically don't stay at motels due to the door leeds directly outside to the parking lot. But this place changed my mind. Really like it, very peaceful.

Great place for the price. Numerous access to restaurants and coffee shops. The manager is very friendly and welcoming. And not too far off from Hwy 90.

The staff here are so nice and kind. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean! I appreciate that the room feels homely, compared to the common commercial motel/hotels. The 7am - 11am Coffee Time is awesome. Mama at the front desk was so sweet. As I made my way to refill my coffee cup at the front office, she greeted me with a good morning and said she has a fresh pot brewing and will only take a minute. She asked a couple of questions to ensure our stay here was comfortable. I really did appreciate that. The property is well maintained, quiet, and clean. The room doesn't smell at all, and the AC in the room works well. The bathroom is very clean and tidy. The Queen size beds/pillows were so comfy that I actually had a good night sleep. The kitchen was a plus for us (full fridge, oven, sink, microwave, cooking pots, plates, and utensils). Kid friendly and for great value. Free parking and WiFi. Their location is near food stores and shopping areas too. Definitely recommend!

Small family run place. Lastly surprised be cleanliness. Sheets ands linen were in great condition. Coffee in the lobby was great. I wish I could find more places like this.

For the prie and lower expectations to begin with? Nothing I didn't like.

Everything was clean. It was an organized staff, the owner (I assume, or manager) was hands on and led the way throughout.

No laundry facilities. Near the end of the week, people occupied the room next door and I could hear them talking loud until 1 a.m. --this happened for two nights, so not much sleep those nights for me.

No breakfast offered, only coffee, which was good, and offered until 11 am -- very helpful, am not an early riser!

The location was right off the highway, very convenient. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff was super friendly. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Great value for the price.

How that the room when u walked in looked clean but once u started looking around the tops of things and window seals and a lot more had not been cleaned in a long time .. a nice layer of dust

Only wish was they could use a laundry room.

Sage & Sand was available for all my needs at a given notice. Friendliest Manager that took every customer serious and looked to care for. The rooms are absolutely clean and well maintained. Bed was new and comfortable.. they regularly check in to make sure you have everything you need or to answer any questions.

I do wish there was in-room coffee, but since I already knew there wouldn’t be, I wasn’t disappointed.

A very quiet room and comfortable bed. The fridge was a great size! Charming exterior, I especially loved all the flowers! The proprietors were sweet and friendly. I love supporting a family owned business. The room had character and everything we needed.
