Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the location so close to everything we wanted to do. Dinner was FANTASTIC. My significant other is Italian and he and I both appreciated the beautiful Italian dinner. The Atmosphere at the restaurant and hotel was very quiet peaceful.

The view was worth the stay. Staff was so personable, friendly and helpful. Seemed like they really liked their jobs and stopped just to help or provide a tip on something to do. Room was comfortable and clean.

United StatesMinor issue was for someone walking from an off site parking garage, the directions pointing to the lobby entrance could have been clearer. Maybe we missed them.
Location, fireworks, cleanliness and great shower. Minor issue with the TV that maintenance responded to in 5 minutes and rebooted it. Bought the breakfast package and was worth it as the Lirica restaurant had excellent options. We live 20 miles away and for what the area has to offer we’ll definitely be back for the fun of Navy Pier.

United KingdomThe minor glitch when we arrived was thankfully overcome as the room as there was some problem with getting the payment via Booking.com. Thankfully reception took a chance and held the room (could have been a disaster!). If there is a slight grumble, by staying so long we sort of got out of synch with the maid service (which was very good). But by the time the other rooms with shorter stays had been cleaned we'd often be in the room getting ready late afternoon. But that's a small point as we were superbly looked after.
Booking on line from far away can be a lottery sometimes but as the Hyrox event i was competing in was on Navy Pier we decided to go for Sable. We stayed 11 days and it was an absolute delight. The corner room was a great choice and the views of the harbour and city meant we had this wonderful vista all the while we were in the room. Location was amazing for the pier, the city, entertainment, transport and the beaches. Yes, it was expensive but sometimes the result is worth the money. Chicago did not disappoint We promised ourselves we would come back

The whole experience was awesome! The staff is extremely good - they even remembered us from our stay there last August! Ernest was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The location is perfect to enjoy a day at Navy Pier. And watching the fireworks from our beautiful rooms is quite the wonderful experience!
