The hairs I found left in the bathroom, on the toilet and the bathtub. Also, the tub had a ring around it. May I also suggest offering free coffee as well as water, in the lobby.

I loved the pool, I just wish it stayed open until 10pm so I could enjoy the view of the Monument and the lights. It's a beautiful location!

The only negatives were the ongoing construction in the building and the parking garage was closed, so that I had to park around the block and lug all my bags quite a distance.

You can tell the site is out dated. Only the lobby and food have been updated recently. The room wouldn't cool down to below 74 degrees. There's no vent in the bathroom so it turns into sauna when you take a shower.

We were in town for the Royal Rumble and every hotel in the area almost tripled the normal rates.

The A/C unit I'm room 1901 sounds like a garbage truck. Mentioned multiple times and they never sent anyone to fix it. The A/C worked but you can tell the sound wasn't normal it was very loud, like something internal was going on, hard to sleep.

The parking garage is closed for construction and there was no mention of this when booking or on Sheraton’s website.

Parking was an absolute mess. There were no warnings before getting there. Huge inconvenience, especially when I called the week prior to ask about parking and nothing was ever mentioned. Letting us know would have helped with preplanning

After a long day, I was greeted with a smile, quickly processed and given a complimentary breakfast. I loved that.

The decor and fixtures could use a refresh, but the incredible staff make up for it and give that place sparkle. The hotel personnel are kind, polished, professional, and polite. I also appreciated the fast check in process. Rooftop pool with amazing view was an unexpected bonus. Hotel is in a great location. Whole Foods within walking distance. Tea and coffee maker in the room was also a nice convenience.

Extra $44 for parking. No free breakfast. Garage was being remodeled so everyone had to use valet, which was confusing to figure out. Had to call the hotel to understand what to do. On site restaurant was very expensive for small portions. We were the first to arrive and it took over an hour to get our food with hardly anyone there.

Roof top pool was nice. Nice view. Within walking distance to everything. Nice gym.

The only option to park is valet. Making it inconvenient if you left something in your car. However, they did let us know to request the car 20-25 minutes before we were ready, and we rarely had to wait when doing that. Front desk staff was not familiar with local places to eat, or even some of the streets around. Our toilet stopped up at 11:30pm the 2nd night. They had to move us rooms, which was good. However, the thermostat in the 2nd room was barely working, and they didn't offer a solution. They also only offered 2 double beds, instead of 2 queens. That's pretty tight for 2 people in one bed. The pool is was nice, which is why we chose this hotel. It is old though.

For the price breakfast should be included as the only bonus was you could have an omelet made.. most places I've stayed breakfast is included.. it can be included at no extra charge so I just missed that but none the less for the price and the breakfast style it should just be like the normal... They have space that they could offer a side breakfast cafe in the steakhouse mornings for some that may want something else... Either way enjoyed the stay
