Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI stayed here 8 years ago , was a newer property then, was buzzing with doorman outside, room was bright & modern for it s time then, the hotel hasn’t been remodelled since felt it was tired and more 3 than 4 star. Saying that , staff , room size & location were all excellent. Has building works going on straight across the street from the main entrance & what used to be a buzzing TJ Maxx & Marshall’s adjacent to the hotel , now a bit deshevelled looking as building vacant upstairs and basement Marshall’s only, didn’t help the approach to the hotel, but still only one block from the middle of the mag mile.
Great Location +++ & large room, basic, functional & clean. staff very nice & helpful.

The location is perfect - close to Magnificent Mile, great restaurants, bars, breakfast eateries and general shopping. We always felt safe here and have been previously with our children.

United StatesSquare toilet, uncomfortable to sit on and seat cover loose. Rainhead in the shower, couldn’t turn it off so without a shower cap, I couldn’t shower if I didn’t want to wash my hair. Air conditioner was spotty, mattress was very hard.
Great location, near restaurants and Michigan Ave. Fantastic breakfast buffet and lovely seating area for it. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
