Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWhile the overall experience was very positive, there were a few areas that could be improved: Parking Fees & Distance: Parking wasn't as convenient as expected. The self-parking lot was a bit of a walk from the building, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage or after a long day. Also, I wasn’t thrilled about the added parking fees—something to be aware of in advance. Elevator Wait Times: During peak times (especially around check-in/check-out), the elevator wait could be frustratingly long. This inconvenience is likely due to the size of the building and the number of guests, but it still impacted the overall flow of the day. Limited Housekeeping Service: As is common with many condo-style properties, daily housekeeping wasn’t included unless requested in advance (and sometimes came with a fee). It wasn't a huge issue, but fresh towels and trash pickup would have been helpful without needing to call for them and the extra fees. Crowds at Shared Amenities: Since Royale Palms guests share pools and amenities with the Hilton and Kingston Plantation complex, some of the public areas—especially the pool and beach access points—got crowded quickly, especially in the afternoons. Noise Levels: Depending on the floor and location of your room, you may hear some hallway noise or sound from neighboring balconies, especially in the evening. It wasn’t constant, but worth noting for light sleepers. Bottom Line: These were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of a relaxing trip, but being aware of them can help future guests plan better and set expectations.
My 3-day getaway at Royale Palms Condominiums in a King Room with an ocean view was a relaxing and memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, the property delivered comfort, convenience, and beautiful coastal scenery. The King Room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The private balcony offered a stunning panoramic view of the ocean—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. The room included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for quick meals and snacks. The pool areas were clean and well-maintained—one offered a quieter atmosphere, while the other had more of a lively, resort-style vibe. I also booked a massage at SPA33, which was a highlight of the trip—professional staff and a very soothing environment. The resort’s direct beach access and proximity to Arcadian Shores Golf Club were a plus. It felt like a mini-village with plenty of options and amenities within walking distance, thanks to its connection to the Hilton and the Kingston Plantation complex. Overall, I highly recommend Royale Palms for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, views, and access to resort-style amenities. The oceanfront King Room was ideal for a relaxing, mid-length stay, and I would definitely return for a longer vacation.

United Statesthe bed mattress needed to be replaced. They put a topper on it and was so soft you sink in. It was hot and as a stomach sleeper it bent your back the wrong way causing pain and poor sleep.

United StatesAccess to bathrooms in the Hilton lobby and around the pool complex was easy; however, many of them were out of order. Those that were in order needed a lot of cosmetic work (e.g., worn walls, non-operating faucets). This was disappointing and an inconvenience. Our room was a 'residential' room. It was comfortable, but the furniture was very outdated. We had to get maintenance to help with getting the AC going and to turn on the TV. The maintenance crew was very friendly and prompt!
The pool complex was nice with easy access to the beach.

Well, it was clean and the room was large and had everything you needed. But a k-cup machine. But I lived.

United StatesWiFi was almost nonexistent. No Wi-Fi in the conference ball. This made it difficult when audience was asked to download or go to the webpage and vote for something during the conference. Had to ask the staff multiple times to come assess the cable/TV/Wi-Fi in the room. It was only after four calls and two trips to the service desk that someone finally came to fix the problem. We did not have issues with hot water, but many of the other guest had to be moved due to a boiler being down. Did not meet my expectations for a Hilton resort.
