Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur shower faucet was worn and basically broken/off its thread. First shower was fine, the next one, we couldn't turn on the water, then we couldn't turn off the water. Room 720. The hotel does seem to have some long term residents and you can hear people in the halls from your room, especially if near the elevators. We found out the breakfast credit did not cover tax or tip on the breakfasts (each item was $20-30, so there's a decent amount of tax and tip generated) so just fyi. The street is very busy and loading/unloading cars can be difficult.
Room is gigantic and bed was comfortable. Amenities were nice, pool seemed nice (but water was NOT heated). Wanted to take advantage of the bike rental but never got a chance. Breakfast is restaurant style, we got a $100 credit per day to eat at the restaurant, the staff there were very nice and fast.

I requested twice in advance a roll away bed for my child who has additional needs and was told at check in by reception that it was ready but it wasn’t even in the room. United KingdomI LOVED the free bikes. It made my stay so much better, in 10 minutes I was amongst all of the memorials and I could visit DC at my own pace and I loved it. It also allowed me to see far more than if I was walking or relying on a tour bus. DC is so set up for bikes, with lots of bike paths so I felt safe. The staff were lovely - especially those at the door. - There were lots of different restaurants in the area - all very walkable. The pool was great as was the gym. The room was clean. I have nothing negative to say. Would recommend.
