Over expensive Valet parking - 55,-USD/night, while neightboring garage (250m from the hotel) offers overnight parking for 5,-USD/night only (secured, video-monitored, 6 floors, clean, comfortable), status as at August 2025. Breakfast is very poor - only eggs, bacon, potatoes +some fruit. No bread/toast, waffle at all, no cereals, no yogurt, no cheese, no ham…..

Nice location of the hotel, middle of downtown - easily accesseable by walk everywhere.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

It was an older property. The rooms are big and all decorated with fun decor.

I was not aware of 15$ fee (you could "spend" at the Bar or little shop) but the money was gone even if you did not use it.

The room was spacious and I loved the interior as it was special (Couch, wall paper, tiles) but also the whole hotel. I got complimentary coffee and the Staff was really friendly. It was in downtown which is great as Portland is a walkable city. Valet parking worked well and staff was friendly.

I feel breakfast should be included since the do have a resort fee.

The decor was incredible. Beautiful sitting areas and a grand entrance. Very Portland vibes. It was a very nice stay and kind staff.

$15 for a breakfast with poor variety of options.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center and walking distance from Pioneer Square and Pearl district. the room was big and had everything you need during your stay. Also, bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and able to help in a couple of moments during my stay.

No parking that is affordable and the surrounding neighborhood can be a bit sketchy at times (not the hotel’s fault though)

The buffet breakfast spread was very limited. The restaurant and bar only opened a few days during the week. We were not able to utilize the $15 voucher at the restaurant and bar on the weekend and had to purchase drinks and snacks from the front desk.

The Deluxe King room was spacious. We liked the hotel and room decor. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient; close to Pioneer Courthouse, shopping, restaurants and the Trimet train station.

Everything was great, just didn’t like that the bathroom in our room doesn’t have a vent esp for hot showers, moisture goes into the room windows, which cannot be opened…understandably so.

Loved the unique decor of the whole property. Loved the lobby area and being able to play the piano. Loved the $15 credit for snacks and beverages.

There was no way to stream any Netflix or anything. I didn’t like the idea of paying 21.99 plus tax for a 6 year old movie kid movie. They offer a “buffet breakfast “ but it was only eggs, bacon and potatoes. For $15 a person didn’t seem like a great value. My 4 year old son has an egg/dairy allergy and we don’t eat pork so he only had potatoes as an option. Even the hotels that offer a free breakfast have a better selection. $15 for three things is crazy.

    The property was clean

More convenient green space for dogs. The city noise on the long walk to the park made my dog so nervous she wouldn't "go".

We really loved the decor and all of our experiences with the staff were wonderful. The location was great.

The cold faucet in the bathroom didn’t work well, and was very loose to the point your hand to wrench it to turn on, but that didn’t change our view of our experience!!

Everything! The location, the decoration, the room, size, and the staff were all fantastic

Price seems a little high. However, my biggest problem is the constant attempt to up-sell. A room higher in the hotel for $10/day, offer to check in early for $40/day. The addition of $30 for breakfast. The addition of $15/day for the market. It cheapens brand.

The location is amazing. You can walk to many of the things you are in Portland to do.
