My room was quiet but overlooked the back alley trash area...no biggie as rooms on the other side faced a noisy main road. The towels were small if you were a larger person , clean but well worn. The place overall is a bit outdated..

Location was excellent if you know SF but not really a major tourist hub.My room was clean, had a fridge for food or drinks, and quite air con. Excellent transport options with buses to the city or Fisherman's Wharf only a short walk. Lots of food options, particularly Asian cuisine as it's in the heart of Chinatown. Lovely, helpful staff.

The hotel is very simple, the exterior looks shabby, but I would stay there again!

As much as it was amazing that parking was included, I didn’t like that it wasn’t an “in & out” parking.

I liked that it was right in the middle of everything I normally visit. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our room had no a/c and it made it quite stuffy. We had a little tiny window we were able to open and if not for that and the fan they keep in the closet I don't think I could have stayed there. Our friends got a room down the hall and had a/c and a large window so you may want to make sure u get an a/c room if that matters to you. Parking was very tight and very stressful so be ready for that. Also, there is a daycare right next door so you wake up to the sound of little kids.

The rooms were clean and it was within walking distance to so many places.

It was a bit noisy at night, no a/c so we slept with the window open which didn't help the noise.

Great location in Chinatown, 20 minute walk to the pier, affordable price. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice as well.

It’s an older place so the rooms are outdated. They keep the place clean but the age of the hotel takes away from that.

I like the location in China town. This is a no frills hotel in the area, good for a place to rest your head at night.

There was some noise transfer from the adjoining rooms that could be clearly heard in the room. It wasn’t a major issue but might be problematic if you’re a light sleeper.

The rooms could have been a lil cleaner and a lil bit updated . Would have loved a microwave for all the great food around there leftovers at night and the mis matched older furniture made it feel less like vacation and more like home , couldn't plug the kids movies into the TV so was at the mercy of cable TV and commercials ahh.

Location was great, close to food and bars and shops. Only a 15-30 minute walk to the embarcadero and warf. The view was great and the parking was free.

In a world where 10 is reserved for Four Seasons, Fairmont, etc … this was a solid spot for San Francisco. Love the location at Chinatown/North Beach. Was a healthy walk from Oracle Park. Love the tight-squeeze free parking. Having had BAD stays in SF, this was fantastic. Thank you.
