We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe card reader in the door to the back parking area didn't work, the room had smoe kind of white powder spread all around the room idk what it was,maybe they had some kind of bug problem but if that is true then why would you rent out that particular room instead of a clean room ? Also apparently the local police patrol the hotel parking lot because i had been pulled over as soon as i left the parking lot by the cops and harassed by them, when i rent a hotel room at any hotel the last thing that i want to worry about is being harassed by the damm police for minding my own damm business, i dont like being targeted by them like that and i don't appreciate the hotel management renting out a room that obviously needs to be cleaned or debugged. I really hope no one else has to deal with this issue with this hotel.
The overall setup of the hotel was nice i think and it was definitely affordable.

United StatesVery low water pressure, chemical cleaner smell in the room which I requested not be there, exit from the driveway meshed with the exit from the turnpike which made leaving premises very difficult, computer issues made check in problematic, no privacy regarding the sounds from the other rooms.

I couldn't believe I got scammed like that I paid all that money to have a clean nice room and we got a nasty dirty disgusting room everything in the room was basically broken in some way the fridge still had some old old food in it they wouldn't give me my money back it's GROSS if I wanted a cheap nasty motel I would have paid a cheaper price at one but I paid more money DONT STAY HERE!!!

United StatesThe carpets were dingy, old and stained. We had a non-smoking room but my pillow case had burn holes in it and the room smelled of smoke. The TV on the wall was tiny and the remote was out of batteries. It was weird to have windows looking out into the hallway. I would not bring my kids here in case someone left the curtain open and they saw something they shouldn't. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off.
It was close to where we were going to be and had queen sized beds. Most hotel rooms offer full or double beds. I searched for queen sized beds in particular when booking. The front desk staff was very nice. The air conditioning worked well.
