I would add a yellow stripe to all steps in both stairwells. I found it difficult to see the steps especially at night.

There was only 1 air conditioner in the motel room. 1 room was freezing cold & the other was hot. It also wouldn't hurt to mop the floors, they were very dirty.

Not every room has a kitchenette which would've been nice. The towels are small kids size and very rough.

The room was very spacious and beds comfortable. The location was fantastic. It was less than a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. The property and pool were nice and clean. The staff very helpful. I will definitely come back but will make sure I have a room with a kitchen. Also I'll bring my own bath towels.

only being able to have one car for a room of 6 adults. the room got hot and the ac was only in one part of the room and the other beds outside of that room were hot most of the night. it would be better to have a fan or different placement of the ac.

Floors were slippery, parking was limited, and when asked where we could park, staff suggested Wawa. Water was brown. Things were broken in the room. The bathroom was very small. Okay, for $150 a night, not the almost $400 paid.

Outside noise wasn't heard, only sirens. Two separate rooms. The elevator was close.

Other guests at the property were rude and loud. And other guests were smoking around the property but there's sign everywhere that say it is a smoke free property.

The room was very clean, it's a great location from the boardwalk. Liked that the pool was heated.

Very little sleep first night as a bar is right across the street with band . Second night much better, no band.

The bathroom was old and seemed do diminish the rest of the room. Bathroom needs updating. Having a loofa for public use is kind of gross & the shower soap was gross. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a “smoking section” on the property. One TV’s picture closest to the door was not good.

Room decor was nice. Staff was nice. Allowing both people to park on the property simply because it wasn’t busy was a very nice accommodation.

It would have been nice if the bar area was open and if the bathrooms were bigger. The only real issue we had was with the bathroom by the pool. It smelled bad and did not appear to be cleaned recently.

The hotel was in a great location and clean. We loved the pool and convenience of eating right outside of our room. The staff were very friendly especially the gentleman cleaning the pool who opened it with a huge smile.

Air conditioning only in back bedroom so if you close the door the front room has no air conditioning.

We weren't happy with having our room on the ground floor right by the pool. Adults letting their kids be disrespectful while swimming.

The WiFi was spotty. You couldn’t stream any videos on any devices with the WiFi connection.
