Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This Hotel will need major upgrades starting with a common area for the microwave. They also need better pillows and mor comfortable duvets. Just a few upgrades can make this the go to for those having events in the Bronx area. We stayed overnight for baby shower.

The room is not clean and up to the standard I was expecting. There was food debris amongst the lockers. The bedding sheets didn't look clean, especially the blanket. I am not sure if we were meant to ask for clean towels and change of bedding sheet everyday. Because there were no changes for a few days until we asked. The staff on the front desk were very approachable and tried to resolve the issues upon request. No complimentary drink, no option to make a hot drink and no iron. I don't think I would book it again.

United StatesThere's no place to park, had to circle around to find parking up to 15 minutes, no fridge or microwave in room. I left every morning at 8am and didn't return till 10 or 11pm Just to bathe and sleep. Very little water coming from the shower, the rooms all have hard slamming doors and that's all you hear all night long.
