    Camere molto grandi e curate, possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento

    La comodità della stanza Il ristorante a cena mi ha molto soddisfatta, la qualità della cucina ottima.

    I servizi in camera a livello di frigo bar e possibilità di avere bevande o cibo: avendo fatto un volo internazionale con i relativi problemi di sonno/veglia mi sembra assurdo che un hotel di questo livello non metta a disposizione bevande o snack in camera di cui si possa usufruire nella propria stanza. C'e' il servizio nella hall con tè/caffe, ma solo in orari diurni e costringe cmq ad uscire dalla propria stanza.

While we do not provide complimentary drinks or snacks directly in the room, we do have a Bodega Market located in the hotel, where you can find a variety of drinks and snacks available for purchase. Additionally, every room is equipped with a minibar, and we would be happy to stock it with your preferred items from the Bodega Market, so you can enjoy them at your convenience. If you'd like, we can also arrange for a kettle or coffeemaker to be delivered to your room upon request, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.     Dimensione della stanza e del bagno. Posizione eccellente

    Servizio scadente, pulizia approssimativa, gli asciugamani sostituiti non venivano rimpiazzati e stato necessario chiamare tutti i giorni per farseli portare, personale della reception poco disponibile. Scorretta la gestione della colazione inclusa, in realtà era un voucher da 25$ da spendere al ristorante dell’albergo, non sufficiente a coprire la colazione alla carta ( non presente buffet). Alla valutazione finale una struttura sconsigliata

    Dear Sir, Thank you for providing your feedback. I would like to assure you that we are taking reviews very seriously. I have addressed your concerns with the team: the housekeeping and the front desk. I would like to mention about the breakfast vouchers that we have set this rule in order to offer a breakfast inclusive solution to OTAs (Online Travel Agencies). And yes, with $25 you can pick from the menu what would be offered as a continental breakfast : pastry, fresh juice and a hot drink. Our restaurant is not a "hotel buffet" style nor is the Kimpton brand. We have tried to have Booking.com improve the messaging for the clients making their reservations but it seems "complicated" to get the "$25" information clearly stated. This is out of our control unfortunately. We strongly recommend that next time, you book with us directly so you get all the necessary details on what you are paying for. I hope it clarifies and please accept my apologies for the confusion. Have a wonderful weekend Olivier Servat General Manager
