The way the breakfast was organised was chaotic. There should've been a buffet election instead we had to select items from a menu to the value of a voucher. For Europeans this is not acceptable.

It was very well furnished and had very contemporary rooms which were large.

It’s pretty loud / not very sound proof for a city room. We heard garbage pickup very early and there was construction going on.

The staff was amazing. They let us check in early and stored our luggage after check out.

The possibility of renting a bike free of charge was a great opportunity to ride around in the city. Spacious room, very clean and incredibly-comfortable bed. The staff was really kind and helpful. Totally recommend this accomodation.

Room 501, I realize it must have been accessible and the bathroom was large but there was no shelves to put anything. The towels were left by tv in main room. There is actually a space to put small shelf unit either in the corner or beside sink. For some reason we didn't have a shower mat to step out of shower. One hand towel and 2 washcloths for a party of 3.

    Breakfast. Food was good.

I was given a room that wasn't ready. They didn't explained to me that I was paying $30/day extra for additional services I could've enjoyed. They made me believe they were giving me "complimentary" things like a loaner bike, drinks or the gym. At check out I learned I was being charged was for those things. They were confused whether parking was included and they charged me even though it was included. I had to request a refund and the manager refunded.

Hotel is very well located and the facilities are very well maintained. Hotel was clean and they compensated mistakes rapidly and efficientlty.

When we arrived they told us towel arrived late and if we needed any to call down. We had zero towels. The hotel should have been on top of this and not made us inconvenienced by having to call and wait for them to be sent up. Daily cleaning was just ok, we were there 4 nights and they didn't vacuum or wipe things down.

We loved having the hotel bikes to use during our stay although they were in need of maintenance. One of the bikes breaks didn't work and a part was hitting the chain. We also received miss information about how long we could use the bikes due to news staff not knowing policy. Loved the location and happy wine hour on the patio.

Before my arrival, I sent several messages through the Booking.com chat, but no one answered. When I arrived, the lobby was overcrowded with guests, both waiting in line or seated, all hoping to check in. Only two staff members were present to handle the flow of guests, which caused long delays and created an uncomfortable, congested atmosphere due to the lobby’s limited space. After a considerable wait, I was finally assisted at the front desk, only to be mistakenly given a room already occupied by another couple. I realized the error when I encountered them exiting the room. This caused further inconvenience, as I had to return to the lobby and wait an additional 20 minutes to be reassigned to a new room. Moreover, I wasn’t given any essential information upon check-in—no mention of the hotel amenities, no menu, and no WiFi password. All I received were the room key and a parking ticket. The next morning, I attempted to contact reception twice to inquire about the restaurant menu and information about some hotel facilities. On both occasions, I was asked to hold, and after being on hold for more than 20 minutes each time, no one returned to the call or offered any assistance. Inside the room, the lighting, particularly in the bathroom, was poor, making tasks like applying makeup very difficult. I also noticed a thin layer of dust on surfaces, indicating that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. While I didn’t utilize all available amenities, better lighting could improve the overall comfort of the room. Parking was another drawback; it cost $55 per night plus an additional $9.90 in tax, which was not disclosed on Booking.com, amounting to $64.90, feeling overpriced. Lastly, the elevator was tiny, barely accommodating one person and a luggage cart, something difficult to change.

The hotel's location was excellent, so will allow you to walk to many easily. My room was spacious and clean, with large windows offering a view of the street. The king-size bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was also a good size. The valet attendant was very friendly and assisted me with a luggage cart. Due to health reasons, I had to modify my reservation, and the front desk staff handled it efficiently. While I didn’t use all the amenities, such as the bar or restaurant, they were available. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Given the room size and parking price, this was the best value I found in that area of the city.

The rooms facing the main street experience the noise from passing cars.

Everything was really good, from helpful and kind staff to the room, which was very spacious and clean, and the location since the hotel is centrally located and a lot of things are walking distance. I had dinner at the restaurant, which was of good quality food, and had a decent selection of dishes on the menu.

Room lighting the room is too dark esp for applying make up. The small mirror is not very useful. The room cleaning was inadequate as the staff didn’t change the glasses and through away empty containers and bottles.

Staff was excellent esp check in staff. The restaurant staff were very attentive esp the young lady. Please note we only had breakfast at the hotel.
