Rooms and furniture inside them are outdated and sheets were stained the first day I got into the room. The front desk man came at 9:50am knocking my door the morning I had to check out asking if I was indeed gonna do the check out and I replied that yes but deadline was until 11am and I was getting ready. He was speechless for a second while looking up and down (as I was still in pyjamas) and came out with a silly question that sounded like an excuse more than anything. That was really disgusting, never in my life happened something like that the day I had to leave an accommodation. Day time staff was like that, not really friendly and barely spoke english. Although parking was free, there wasn’t anyone physically watching the cars overnight but I think they had it monitored (yet it felt unsafe somehow). Overall, it’s a budget hotel so i’m not surprised but next time I will definitely stay in a better place.

Free parking, microwave and refrigerator in the room. More silent than expected. Bathroom was clean and heat water pressure were good.

The room we got had no microwave, because it was recently broken. So we had to step out of our room to use the one in the lobby everytime we needed to heat something up.

Really like this place, my little girls like to stay here. Very easy check-in and its own parking lot.

Beds arent as comfortable as I would have like to, no water fountain available, bed blanket was kinda thin and weather was cold

The bed was too small for a family of 3 and for some reason we all feel like we are all pulled in the middle. Like it’s sunken. Support for the bed was really bad.

It was close to everything and they had security at night watching the parking garage. Staff was very nice and helpful. They made beds and refreshed supplies daily.

It's definitely an outdated room. It's a little noisy at times because it's near a busy street. It said it's a non-smoking room and area, but the room smelled a little enclosed and a faint smell of cigarette. Price was more fair than nearby places, but for the price, I would also expect a less outdated room. There were some cracks on the sink, and the towel rack had rust. The furniture was a little broken and old.

I liked the location. Right across from a Korean market and walking distance to local Korean restaurants. Street is very busy so be aware of that if you have small children. I also liked how easy it was to get a lyft to most LA places. Man at the front desk was friendly. We felt safe walking down the street to eat some yummy food.

The door lock was exposed so I had to bring it to the attention of the staff. They assured us it would still lock, luckily we were right next to the office.

Location was great! Close to the concert venue and shopping. The lobby had a great photo background. Outside patio was remodeled and very peaceful. .

I didn't like the location. There's nothing that can be done about that. The bathroom left some to be desired. AFter all, paint was shipping on the sink and the shower had very little water pressure.

I liked how close it was to the event I was going to. We had a short drive every day we were there, which was nice. Plus, the parking was helpful as well. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

If you need a place to rest your head and don't care about extra amenities, the Rotex Western Inn is a great choice. There is an H-Mart across the street with a food court next to it for food and supplies too.
