The parking details on the booking site didn't align with the property's protocol. Booking.com said parking was included, but I was charged for parking at the hotel. The hotel said it is booking.com's problem, not theirs, essentially.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, we didn't use the shower, so i don't have feedback on that aspect.

the hotel felt very old. carpet was well used and could be seen coming up in the hallways and near elevators. top floor is for long term residents. design was very dark colored wood and carpets were decades old along with furniture. otherwise, linens and towels were clean but thin. complimentary breakfast was unusual in that your choices from the normal items were required to be submitted on a piece of paper the evening before and you had to choose a time for pickup the next morning from the lobby. coffee and juice were available in the breakroom. parking $10. no pool

service was pleasant and attentive, location is good and across from the popular waterpark. linens and towels were clean

The carpeting in every hallway was loose and dangerous. There is no continental breakfast, but they will give you a bag of individually packaged foods (cereal, bagel, muffin, yogurt, etc.) to take back to your room.

I have stayed here before and loved it, but everything looks a little worn. Bag breakfast was just ok. Road noise was loud.

Bagged breakfast was less than desirable, seemed like I went to the gas station and grabbed all their quick grab and goes to eat on the run, you have a full kitchen in every room I would have used it maybe an omelette kit with fresh eggs cheese veggies and meat with yogurt hot cereal and fruit on the side would be better than boiled in a bag eggs. The missing art work in the halls and loose handles on the bathroom doors make it seem like you need more maintenance help. Both the hand soap and the soap in the shower were empty so washed with shampoo miss the little bottles at least they were unopened and smelled good now it's a spray of refilled, if your lucky, mystery soap. Not sure if it's worth staying closer less gas money or just going up the hill to Reno where it's cheaper and the foods better. Still had a good time even tho that sun did come straight thru that corner room no sleeping in even on vacation.

Close to home for a nice staycation to our entertainment that evening.

Overnight desk clerk. Came up to the desk silent. Never said a word. Just stood there and when I looked up, I was frightened. Creepy. When I called to the desk from my room to ask about the WiFi password he said there is none and hung up without saying another word. The breakfast roll was individually wrapped and put in a bag. That was fine but when I opened the paper bag, I saw that the breakfast roll wrapper was completely opened already. Didn't trust that it was safe to eat & threw it out.

It would have been great if they had a small dining area where they could provide a cooked breakfast. Our room could’ve have also been supplied with additional items. We had one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels. They don’t provide regular housekeeping services so you have to ask for extra at the front desk.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was quiet.

The breakfast was a little odd and not like a normal breakfast included type of thing. It was more of a cereal option than anything. Not happy had to pay extra for meals we didn’t use due to food allergy restrictions.

it just felt a little unclean. the room had a musty old smell and the gym smelled absolutely horrible. I found myself not wanting to sit on the chair in our room and wear my shoes on the carpet. I expected it to feel a bit nicer for the price.

Front desk staff could be better. Didn’t smile and seemed too intense at times and not present for service at other times.

Complimentary breakfast: when you see breakfast, you expect to get to the cafe and have in place, not order from list of items and get components to make your own - but I guess, it's just me, as the room has facilities to handle all of that.

room was clean and optimal for a couple with all the "Kitchen"-like part, where you have opportunity to warm up the food or even make one.

It is a to-go breakfast - not hot and the options are very limited. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. Not only that, but we had to schedule our breakfast pickup time and it was not sitting out and available for us. We were in a rush, so we didn’t have time to request it again. No one was at the front desk when we left.

When you turned on the lights in the kitchen and bathroom, it was like a horror movie (not critical, though), and the comp breakfast felt extra cheap compared to some lesser motels I've been to. I would have liked to have had more options for the foods, and the juice fridge wasn't even cold, forcing me to add ice to serve. Orange juice and ice don't mix well, BTW. Otherwise, an overall good experience

Good room set up. The kitchen was nice, especially having the silverware and plates available for leftovers. The bathroom was spacious.
