How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They didn't have orange juice, but that's minor
Very comfortable quiet rooms. Breakfast was great, and included in the price. Full meal,not just a bagel or donut

If I wanted to get picky, I would say no place to hang your towel after you shower. But I really have no complaints.

TV stations was very limited.

We could hear the other guests showers come on and off throughout the night. It wasn't a problem. I just wish we had a fan to block the noise.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room and bathtub were spotless, and the soap had a pleasant scent. The mattress was very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was also delicious.

There's no complaints! Like I mentioned, there weren't a lot of extra amenities, but for this trip, we really didn't care!
We really enjoyed our visit. It's a very simple place, no frills to it, but it was extremely clean and comfy! There is no balcony, swim up bar, lounge with bar, stuff like that, but that's not what we were after. We wanted somewhere close to everything that was a great spot to take a shwr/sleep/recharge. We didn't use the pool but it looked great! And the HOT breakfast was delicious. Biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, etc. We assumed we'd be Ubering everywhere, but this location was great. Not on "the strip", but parallel to it, in other words, no noise and traffic! We will be back

The pool is kinda small and it drops from 3ft to 5 ft without warning and it's slick my husband was holding our baby and slid and almost went under. Should definitely put the rope up where the hooks are for it.

Could use an upgraded elevator. The one they have is more than adequate, I have a rollator walker and there wasn't much room.
Feeling like we were out of the hubbub of a touristy city., yet close to everything.

No pictures on walls. Doors to rooms need upgrading. No orange juice

The lighting in the bathroom and entry area was great, but in the rest of the room it was pretty dim.
The receptionist was very personable and friendly and made several extremely helpful suggestions of things to see and do. The room was well furnished and scrupulously spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even the shower head put out a great spray. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty and nutritious foods including eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, a selection of cereals, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee, juices, and even biscuits and gravy.

Parking lot is a little tight. If you return later you may or may not have a spot.
Breakfast was good. Filling but not much variety. Location is great. Not much traffic but centrally located for all attractions.

Step in tub
