No butter left at breakfast for the toast . 2 queen bed room beds seemed smaller than others so If a coupe go for a king .

Price was good , breakfast was better than many . Lounge areas were very comfy and spacious . Great Mexican restaurant over the road .

The king suite had a badly stained couch and the bathroom looked a bit grundgey. Just had a feeling that it wasn’t very clean. Breakfast area was very dimly lit. The staff was arguing with the desk clerk and didn’t stop when patrons were waiting in line.

Main hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. Our initial room was not ready when we arrived and we were upgraded to a king suite. BreKfast was good and the breakfast area was clean.

Stairwell was musky stink of mildew. Pillows were a bit like fat bricks. Bringing my own next time.

The furniture was dirty and outdated. If cleaned well the furniture would have been fine. The air conditioner was too high on the wall near the ceiling for me to see the settings. The tv didn’t work. At one point in the night the fire alarm went off in my room, i tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt work. After a minute the alarm went off. There was no one in the halls so i went back to sleep.

Older hotel but worked for our 1 night we stayed. We are family of 5 so had to purchase 2 rooms to accommodate all of us. Our rooms had adjoining doors which was great.

It’s an older place so a little worn out but was clean. Needs updating.

The clerk on duty was very helpful and attentive. I had a late night check-in and I do suffer from allergies. The room I was in I started to have a reaction to and I called down right away and he switched my room and I had no issues. He was very accommodating. It was very much appreciated.

The indoor pool was too cold to use. There weren’t enough outlets in the room to plug in our devices.

No fridge. They apologized but we had food we wanted to keep chilled and also medications. It was a huge inconvenience. We hated the bar and grill. Loud with expensive and awful food.

The fridge would not even shut because the freezer froze over and had a huge block of ice in it. Under the beds had garbage all around. The shower was dirty and found serval hairs.

Breakfast was meagre, little choice, and limited selections on everything, jams, creamers etc. When we pay for 3 adults in a room extra towels should be provided.

Beds were pretty good and it was quiet in the room. We were moved to a better room when there was a problem w the heat, which was good.

They seemed short staffed. When I reported light bulbs were out, I was given the bulbs to replace for myself. We had three card keys that did not work. I do not know if it was the plastic card or the door reader.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was friendly. The main desk staff was distracted and often did not recognize our presence when we would walk up (on multiple occasions). The rooms are well worn and the restrooms needed updating. The price and location were very good.
