Like the lights but the jacuzzi had hair inside of it

Broken jacuzzi tub, air conditioner wasn't working properly, room was not clean, had some kind of animal feces in the corner of room, staff was not able to assist me in changing rooms.

Paid $200 for a deluxe suite room, requested a Jacuzzi room, and got a standard room that I just had the week before and paid 94 something. 2 weeks before that had another standard but was charged 120 something.Go figure 🤔

Room needed some up dates. Dirty floors and my curtains were staple to a wood post that keep falling off. Told front desk done nothing about. I had to fix the curtain myself. Toilet old and needed to be replaced.

The room was dirty. Weed on the floor. There was no dresser., the room does not look like these pictures There was ciggerettes butt's and beer lids behind the bed.

•The room was dirty and they didnt clean it properly. • The deb was uncomfortable. •The room smelt like cigarettes. • We found a couple of used condoms on the floor of the bathroom.

well the bottle of champagne that was advertised wasn't available. you could feel the springs in the mattress. the door to bathroom wouldn't shut. the nozzle to the hot tub was broke!

Hotter water for hot tub. Mattress too soft. Mirror over bed gave distorted views

The tub was leaking all over the room I was having to clean that up plus the room wasn’t clean I had to clean the room with bleach an etc.

The room itself was in poor condition the Sheets Were stained there was no complimentary champagne or water and no compensation for these inconveniences

Room was not clean- swept mopped table and appliances dirty- we had to clean ourselves.

Bugs in the rooms. Crickets, roaches, gnats. It was all very dusty. Bed sheets, curtains, walls had cigarette burns. Bed sheets were not washed. TV was staticky and only had a few channels.

It was a short drive to our destinations during that weekend.

We saw couple roaches, the bathroom was gross and there was someone banging on another door for hours we were tired from driving but the area this place was in we didn’t sleep well

The clerk was very rude, bullying me into paying again for the room which I had already paid for at booking. Also the room was supposed to come with champagne, snacks, and more - it came with nothing. When I asked at the window ( booking desk?) I was told by the rude man that they were out of stock - no apologies, substitutions, or credit offered. The so called new management is far worse than the previous., Looking to scam you at every opportunity. Also, they are very strict about the 11 am check out, no exceptions.

I love the room, the lights and the hot tub.

That they took no pride in keeping the rooms up, because the set up can be a good experience. Whoever cleans needs more training because those room wasn't clean as they should be

i paid for a room and the lock didn’t work no matter how many cards they gave us so they relocated us to a different room TWICE. they refused to give us some of our money back because we didn’t get the room we purchased. do not recommend at all.

The room was dirty, the picture Booking show isn't even close to what we got. My wife and I was very disappointed. This place has ROACHES !!!!
