Although you can tell it had been cleaned, sheets/comforters had cigarette burns on them! Pillow cases also had cigarette burns on them! While very minor it was noticable! The bathroom was quite outdated while the room had been updated! Other than that, location, accessibility, and economically efficient is the name of the game!

Location is prime it being so close to the York State fair which we took advantage of during the day before going to see T-Pain at night! Highly accessible with Uber rides literally feet away! Quality restaurants were right around the corner!

Parking was absolutely horrible, walked in to room and had to smash a roach 🪳 right away. Lucky I only brought a small bag with me to not have to worry about bringing any home with me. Checked the beds NO bed bugs thank god. There were also roaches not a lot just a few in the shower. The shower floor was also very iffy. I wore my flip flops to take a shower. The rooms TV didn't work correctly 😔. There was also something splashed all over the one wall by the TV. Really wish I would have taken photos of it all.

The beds are not all that great. It felt like it was a flat piece of wood.

It was in a good location. It was decent. It was clean. The staff was awesome. Had no problems and they solved a problem for me quickly.

I requested a crib for my daughter who is 9 months old. It said upon availability they would provide one. When we arrived there wasn’t one in the room so I asked if I could get one due to requesting one. They said they did not have one available. It would have been nice for notification the day before check in that there wouldn’t be one available to bring something in replace for her to sleep in.

Minor things which were easily adaptable... some areas needed complete repair (floor, shower ceiling, TV, tight parking area), but the value, professionalism, and friendliness MORE than offset the very minor "black eyes"

The front desk receptionist was especially friendly and helpful. Not only with me, but I witnessed others receiving his kind demeanor. There were also others that seemed to be regular customers, which is always a good sign.

The room looked really nice and clean. Before leaving to walk to dinner, I did see a cockroach on my bed. There was just one and we didn't see anymore but, it did gross us out. Other than that the room was very clean and it was so little a cute. The walls are really thin. We could hear people talking in their rooms.

The hotel is worn down. The desk was broken, and I couldn't close the bathroom door. Couldn't turn the cable on, and the telephone was not connected. The quiet hours are not enforced along with customer parking only.

The location was good. You can walk to many eateries, and Central Market is just up a block. The room was clean.

The hotel itself and the room are ugly and smells like cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited.

It is right inside Downtown, so it is walking distance to everything in the city. The king size bed is very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The cost-benefit is great.

The in-room refrigerator was caked with frost and not cooling. I defrosted it and mopped up the water with a bath towel. It was cold by morning. Vagrants loiter on the premises during the day but at night there was a guard. That tells me the management is responding to complaints about sketchy people.

Check-in was very quick and easy. The room was clean other than some mold on the shower wall. The walls are thin and you can hear noise from adjacent rooms and the parking lot. There are not many channels on the TV. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

bedbugs in the beds, my daughter and I woke up completely bitten by them, they accept animals but apparently they don't divide the rooms, that is, they use all of them, if you have allergies to pets, be prepared with your medications because they don't clean well and you will be allergic all the time you stay there, the staff was very friendly except for an older lady who cleans, when I left she went to ask me if I was staying, I told her no that I was already cleaning and tidying up to leave (my husband was downstairs putting things while I stayed in the room with my two babies) she told me that I had to leave in a hostile way, I told her that there was no problem that I was doing that, at the front desk she started talking about me in a bad way with another partner and my husband were present and listen everything and she did not know it, 5 minutes after she leave she cut off the light in the room, the Internet and the cable, in the middle of winter and knowing that I still had things to take down to the car and I have 2 babies. After this my husband came to help me and told me how the lady spoke ill of me downstairs with another person, after this a very kind employee appeared and told me not to listen to her, that she was giving me one more hour to leave because we had many things and take things easy to the car. I want to emphasize that this lady never cleaned our room in the 3 weeks that we were there, which happened every day and on one occasion it took her more than an hour to bring me some towels, but she does not tolerate that you take your time to take things out .I stayed here because I had nowhere to live but for the price they should at least invest in removing the bedbugs. There were also cockroaches.
