Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

DID NOT LIKE checking in with a remote person not on site. BECAUSE OF THIS I WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN. I requested rooms at one end and got the opposite end because parking is awful on that end. He doesn't know the layout because he's not there. There was a language barrier, had to repeat email address multiple times. We've stayed at this location the last 4 years. I left a great google review in 2024 and then this happened. :(

My card expired every single day. The ac is too loud to sleep with hence it got very cold during the night. Also the water never gets hot. It is barely hot enough for as shower.

My son had a soccer game nearby the hotel. We got in late and left very early. Was happy to find an economical option close to the fields that offered a to-go breakfast bag that helped make our early start as easy as possible. Front desk staff was very friendly and offered cookies and popcorn at check-in. Rooms were basic and met our needs.

The property is a bit older and some of the age shows. A couple of minor housekeeping issues in the room, too.
The rooms were spacious and featured everything we needed for an overnight rest

no wi-fi connection. we spoke to staff and he worked on it. Then he called tech support, Several minutes later he came to our door and explained that the office wi-fi was all good and gave us tech support number to call from our room as the problem was our personal devices. We spoke with tech support and he said the problem was from the office and he would call the office and then call me back. Tech support did not call me back nor did we ever get wi-fi. We choose to just accept no wi-fi,
the automated checking had trouble but the live staff fixed everything.

Closet needed or someplace to hang up clothes.
Great breakfast. Room was comfortable but no place to hang up clothes although there was an iron and board. Close to gas and restaurants.

Honestly just The staff in the morning,
The gentleman working in the evening was super helpful. Great knowledge of restaurants And things. To do in the area Make me feel very welcomed. However, Lady in The morning was not as helpful And was actually kind of rudel. Room was clean And comfortable

The supervising manager at check-in saw that the wifi was failing. He just told us to call the advertised 1-800 number and said he was too busy to help us himself. Wifi is advertised and should work straightforwardly. You need a better breakfast offering. The grab-a-bag approach had lots of dry items, not sufficiently flavourful. You send too many emails telling us to check in and out on-line. None of it is necessary.

Let us know that you don't clean the room every day so i know not to put towels on the floor. Also wished pets were allowed even with a deposit.

When the room was reserved, there was no mention of a damage deposit of $200. This was a room for my mom and she had to call me and was told I had to physically bring my debit card to the hotel. I'm in the spokane valley so that's quite a few miles. Luckily, my mom called back and they took it over the phone for a one time thing. Still an inconvenience when I wasn't advised of the deposit.

The people staying there. Seemed like a lot of sketchy people living there. Some guy was wandering around looking at cars. But…the staff were actually on it and made a presence to deter theft.

Not the best location. Pool was not worth calling a pool.
Of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip this was the only one I felt happy with what I paid. Staff at desk were very helpful and inviting.
