Staff was mostly absent. I had to ring the bell several times and wait 10 minutes for a very grumpy person to show up. There was no breakfast, not even coffee. There was no staff present in the morning. I just shoved the key under the door.

The whole building did not smell good. Even in the rooms there was a lingering odor. The pillows were so thin they could barely be considered pillows. Our sofa bed was not provided with sheets and we had to request them separately. The sofa bed mattress was very old and very uncomfortable. Most things in the room had been badly repaired and there were weird stains on the ceiling and walls. The parking lot was dirty. There were also not enough towels provided for the number of people in the room. This could have been remedied but the shower was discolored and not worth risking using. Very run down building, dim hallways and broken furniture in the halls as well.

There was plenty of parking. Check in was quick and easy. Good price for a quick one night stay. Close enough to the highway for easy travel. Provided mini-fridge and microwave were helpful for heating up late night meals

The hot water barely was a thing, the sink and toilet clogged, the TV had no good channels, the window drap was broken. Honestly if I wasn't so tired I would have clorox cleaned the room and the shower curtain there's no way nothing is growing on that.

The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. But over all if you just need a quick shower and some sleep it worked. It was good for what we needed. We both slept great and checkout was at a good time so we didn't have to rush. The location was really convenient as well with the max

Deadbolt was hard to use. People are living in their car in the parking lot. Bed is very hard.

Mainly It was not clean, I had to take it upon myself and go grab cleaning supplies at store to clean/sanitize entire room even found used bar soap in bathroom upon arrival also blonde hairs and stains on beds not enough pillows entire place needs deep cleaning and renovating , inscent smell throughout entire hotel gives you headache

The paint was peeling off the walls. The shower curtain had at some point been ripped out of the wall and very sloppily put back at such an angle that it didn’t stay closed while I showered. The faucet part of the sink wasn’t attached to the counter (but to be fair, it still turned on), there was still food in the fridge from previous guests, the chair in the room was horribly stained and crusty, it was supposed to be non-smoking, but the halls reeked of cigarettes, the bed sheets didn’t quite fit the bed, there was no fire alarm in our room, the comforter on the bed was covered in cigarette burns, and the lamp built into the headboard looked like it was one bump away from falling off. I honestly didn’t expect much from this hotel for the price I paid. The only things that really surprised me were the shower curtain and the lack of a smoke alarm. There was a spot for a smoke alarm, but it was empty.

The air conditioning, locks, and TV worked just fine. The shower had decent water pressure. I didn’t have any problems with the staff. They had a functional fridge and microwave; not all hotels have that, and I appreciated it. We were able to sleep well before our event.

front desk experience was not great asked for towels, 6 people in our room three towels only. I was given only 1 towel, hair in bathroom floor and pull out had dirty sheets and dirty blanket on it.

The shower rod was falling off the wall but still up... Loosely attached, upon arrival the bathroom floor had a few hairs on it and the ac was super dusty with lint and it literally got all over the room by the end of the stay.

I liked how quiet it is was, the room I stayed in had a little kitchenette and the bathroom was separated from the living area and the beds.

There were multiple stains throughout the walls and floors. The hinge on the doorway into the room appeared as if it had been broken into previously. The floor was sticky throughout the entire room. There was mildew/mold on the tub and there was also no hot water coming from the shower no matter how I positioned the shower knob or for how long I let the water run. There was no cover over the vent in the bathroom which showed an extremely dusty/dirty fan. There were multiple cracks in the doors or the door handles themselves.
