Communication was clear and timely. The condo is cutely decorated and comfortable. Views of the ocean are a plus. I liked the dimmer switches for control of lighting. Kitchen was fully functional.

Very beautiful decor. comfortable beds. Quiet. Well equipt with kitchen and bathroom stuff. Ocean Views spectacular. Equipt with movies and games. Fake fireplace was nice.

No stair access from the outside. One person in our party was extremely claustrophobic and hates elevators. It was difficult for her to go up the elevators when we would return from the beach.

Fantastic view of the ocean and very comfortable living room and bedroom. Well furnished kitchen. The condo was very clean and quiet. Very close to the beach for easy access !

Ice trays in the freezer would be nice; however, we bought a 7 pound bag at the little market within walking distant and we did have a small cooler.

The location of the property was amazing! The host was so so helpful. The condo was clean and very well furnished. 10/10 will stay again.

The only downside was because we are short. I’m 4’11” and my sister is 5’2”. The table is a high top and the chairs were hard for me to get onto. In spite of that we would stay here again.

The beds were fantastic but the very best part was the balcony where I could sit and watch the ocean.

The view from the room was a little obstructed with rooftops from the houses right on the beach.

Communications were clear and instructions were easy to follow. We had access to a parking space in a covered garage which was very nice. The space was clean. We enjoyed access to the beach, although it was cold and VERY windy, we got to enjoy a beautiful sunset! There were many places to eat nearby, many food trucks, and a Dollar General to grab essentials

Sadly, the refrig. was broken when we arrived. With it being a holiday weekend, that was not a way to get a new one into the unit. The owner ended up getting us coolers and giving us a little comp. for the trouble. There was pet hair in the unit even though the listing for the unit said it was pet free.

The location was amazing with beach access right there! The beach is beautiful and so well kept. The town is very cute with plenty of activities in the area. The kitchen/living room had beautiful views. A nice bonus was having two bathrooms! Both of the bedrooms are of a good size. The one bedroom is very dark which we preferred.

The listing on Booking.com stated that the second bedroom had 3 queen beds. There was only one. It meant our 6 ft. 2 in. nephew had to sleep on one sofa while his older brother got the sofa bed. They didn't complain but it embarassed me because I'd promised them beds in a bedroom.

This location was perfect! We loved our view and were treated to a gorgeous sunset. Some of us went down to the beach, which was easily accessed, and others enjoyed it from the living room. Kitchen was easy to cook in-had everything we needed to fix a big family dinner. The living room seating was comfy and great to gathering together.

No A/C. It was too hot to sleep. Even the skinny preteen had a hard time sleeping. Had to open doors and windows.

The only thing that I didn’t like were the beds. They were not comfortable. I didn’t sleep in mine. My son is 6 foot 200 he’s a bigger 2025 honor graduate and so they were not firm enough. I think wood floors with sand is smarter. Wall to wall carpeting, it was extremely hot! I get the this place can be chilly but not during the day in June, so we had to leave the windows open! The big main windows screen liner was broken to cool it. Even with open windows it was too hot! We couldn’t turn on the fans because they were covered in dust. The couches had that as well in the creases. I thought about cleaning it. Nope! I don’t want to clean on my vacation and I did too much cleaning. I did wash some stuff so the washer and dryer was great. The coffee was OK but the Keurig did not work right. The other machine worked. I’ve use Keurig. I have a new Nespresso machine. I think Nespresso’s are far better. You can buy them in different sizes, larger to smaller and you can order the coffee and keep it in a box under the coffee with a set of directions. I always put little notes around my Park City luxury Airbnb that I own for my quests. We offer coffee, wines, a chef even ext. There were little black things on the towels. I’m not quite sure but it kind of freaked me out. Maybe it’s because it’s washed with black items and it’s sticky, but I didn’t like that. All white towel should be professionally cleaned so they’re not mixed with any makeup towels that could get other things on them. I would recommend a hotel collection. They’re superb and they last quite a long time. I know it’s a two bedroom two bath and mine is a six bedroom 6 1/2 bath, but you take pride in your Airbnb or booking lodging and people always come back. The last guestbook short answer's were from a while back. It was fine.

I liked how the host was available late, after the email she sent failed, it did not have the check-in or WiFi information. I didn’t realize Rockaway Beach had no services not even gas, however that’s my fault. The facilities were fine. I liked the washer dryer. I needed that. The soap there wasn’t very much so one load. I thought about buying a whole new item from the general store but no. There should be a new one for new guests not one that only produces a tiny bit of soap for a very small load of laundry it’s 1 reason why I chose it another location Airbnb.

The two bedrooms didn’t have windows. The balcony was too small for four people. The dining table blocked the exit to the balcony. The elevator did not work when we arrived. But host was friendly and helpful.
