Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Our second trip the hot tub was not heated. I choose hotels with a hot tube so when its not working its not worth it to me.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Easy to find and conveniently close to main road. Restaurants nearby and room was pleasantly quiet.

I booked this because it had the pool and spa- both are filthy and unusable so pointless featuring them and especially as the first picture on your advert

The facility was good. However staffing was short and the breakfast was less than desired. First they didn't want to take made to order service, they only wanted the buffet. When they did take orders the food was terrible, coffee included. the staff was good though. Not their fault for a shortage of employees.

We had booked a king room, but got a 2 double room, so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. Also, was not aware of a $150 incidental fee, only paid by credit card and had to go and put money on a debt card, only to find out that when we checked out that they wouldn't be refunding us it instantly and so didn't have that money for the rest of our trip and so couldn't do lots of other things which we had planned to do! And still hasn't been refunded and has been 4 days now. Was not impressed. Also found in behind the chair in the room a bottle of Gatorade which was almost empty and a broken plastic fork.
The location was good, as it was close to the highway and to the grocery store and Walmart. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and clean.

Profanity and threatening behavior from wild children ( 10 ) years old ?? While trying to get on the elevator and off the elevator. By wild I mean running free yelling and screaming up the aisles staff was told and I was told it would be handled. I said I didn't expect this out of the Marriott of all places. I will stay again but not on the weekends maybe a day during the week. My main draw is the hot tub and pool / leisure.

The furniture has definitely seen better days. Most of it was either chipping or had chunks missing. The baseboards on the bed must have been held on by one screw. Our room was missing a clock, which held two USB plugs since there were only two near the bed.
The pool was clean, and there was ample place for everyone to sit around the pool. The rooms were spacious.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Could use a bit of updating concerning the carpet in the rooms. The bathroom is small and would work best with a sliding pocket door vs a door that swings into the bathroom practically hitting the toilet and tub. Lack of toiletries provided. King bed was nice but too soft. Overall nice hotel for short stay.

The restaurant didn't live up to the rest of the property. Food options were mediocre, my order was incorrect, and the service was sub-par. However the front desk was extremely apologetic and handled my concerns well (no one was available at the restaurant to address the issue).
Staff was wonderful - very friendly and professional.

Beds two small. Doubles not Queens. Hotel needs some updates. Bathroom handle was falling off..we fixed it. Lots of rust in bathroom Got over charged for food delivery......was told no kids meals but after realizing there was a QR code to use it clearly says 5.00 kids meals.....boooooo

Breakfast is not free like the brochure said. The staff could have been nicer and more helpful. Would not help me get a luggage carrier when I had multiple bags. They also overcharged us.
Room was nice and comfortable. Chaise lounge in room was dirty and had spots. Not sure if the carpet was cleaned. Otherwise the bed was very clean and comfortable. The pool and gym were nice and always a perk.

The hotel is very outdated, and the $15 unchanged for the buffet breakfast on top of the room rate seems high for Rochester.

- Up on booking, breakfast was informed to be served @ $14/head. But later, we found it to be served on menu basis. This seems to be a little misinformation to customers and disappointed us.
Starting from the reception up to the room services are splendid. Keep it up.
