I didn't feel safe in the area. I paid more than what it was worth for 2 nights.

The location isn't the best. The facilities have seen better days. The towels are thin and cheap, as is the bedding. The mattress is sub-par. The window had a crack and a hole in it. However, it was clean and the staff was very attentive and kind. I had to book at the last minute the day of because my VRBO cancelled due to flooding in the unit. So I paid a high price for the room and it wasn't the quality I would have liked. But I was in town for my son's college graduation so I had limited choices. The worst part was that someone set off the fire alarm with a smoking waffle iron, before 6am and it lasted a good 10 minutes. The staff really was polite and welcoming.

Breakfast could have been elsewhere and not in the foyer of the entrance of the building. Also, there could have been cleaner floors and bathroom and blankets. also, the TV didn't work that great and the lights Flickered

The heat in the room worked well and the curtains are thick which I like no one can see through them.

Bath towels we dirty, they were folded soiled side in as not to appear FILTHY. Carpets and floors throughout the property are in need of DEEP CLEANING Appliances were marginal at best. This facility is wonton for renovation. I felt only marginally safe. The door appeared to have been forced open in the past, leading me to speculate nefarious activities had been conducted.

Bed and shower were adequate. I was traveling alone, so the two Queen beds gave me a choice of firmness.

It was really noisy especially with the roads near by and people outside as well either talking to loud or yelling at eachother as smelling w**d and cigarettes that people were smoking outside and in general my room wasn’t terrible but just not clean like towels were stained and sheets were stained and not clean as well as the bathroom shower and floors being dirty.

It wasn’t a far drive from everthing and it was really easy to get to and from places.

The room was not cleaned. I had to ask for bed covers to make the bed myself and dirty towels were still in the bathroom. I had to ask for clean towels. Staff, after a long wait, finally brought me 2 towels.

I waited 15 minutes trying to check in because no one was at the front desk nor a sign stating they’d be right back. There was no toilet paper at all in our room or wash cloths which we thought should have been already in the bathroom. Booked a disability room but was put on the 2nd floor with no elevators offered. Receptionist was rude got onto us for parking in a handicapped parking spot without bothering to even look at the license plate on the car that shows handicap. Just wasn’t pleased with the treatment The beds were uncomfortable as well. We were here due to a family member passing away stressing over a room really sucked.

The only think I liked was the fact my room smelt like bleach when I walked in meaning at least it was clean.

The facility was extremely dated. My room smelled like smoke. The smoke detector had been pulled out of the ceiling. My room did not have any cups or glasses for water or coffee. There was no coffee machine.

The hallway was dirty, the room smelled old. I had to go buy plug inns to give the room a good smell because i couldn't get my money back for the room...The comforter was so thin like a sheet..they left dirty towels in the bathroom..and you have to flush the toilet twice for it to go completely down...smh! Never stay there again!

No one was at reception when we arrived--it took a while to raise a clerk who then took a long time to check us in. The hallway was pretty dirty and smelled like pot but the room wasn't visibly dirty. There was a lot of noise from the room across the hall -- screaming, dogs, etc. -- but I got some sleep. The big problem was no blankets and it was cold.

Needed a cheap place near the airport so I booked without much research. Then I read previous reviews while waiting for my flight and my expectations were pretty negative. Let's say it lived up to those expectations.

Very sketchy place. Did not feel very safe. Luckily I was traveling alone and not with any family members as we would have not stayed here once I seen this place. The floor in the room did not feel clean. There was liquid coming up from the bathroom floor. The whole place did not feel right and was dark and dungy. The couple in the room next to me kept me up all night partying and slapping skin. Gross.
