Older house than expected, very lived in. Loose stair banister. Master bedroom tub and shower curtain unclean. Toilets too low and loose from floor, main floor bathroom shower did not work and sink unstable.Main floor bedroom next to kitchen ceiling fan did not work. No closet, hooks or places to hang clothing etc.in bedrooms on main floor. Propane grill not usable. With these repairs, we would stay again.

Easy access entering house, Enjoyed the Pool, # of bedrooms, sun room, large driveway area with parking plenty.Brought my own, but plenty kitchen items. Plenty of bath towels and wash towels. Instructions from host adeqate, clear and very helpful. Host always available and responsive as needed. Overall, met our needs.

Broken glass window outside by the back door. My son’s daughter went to play checkers (located inside) stepped on glass.There was also glass in movie room to the left of the door. Slide broken. Been nice if the concrete around the pull was cleaned with a leaf blower. Many leafs and such from the trees. Big hole by fire pit.. One broken rail going up the stairs and full railing moves. We kept away from it. Downstairs shower we couldn’t use. I went to turn it on but the handle came off in my hand. So we all had to use the two upstairs. My mom can’t do stairs so she had to wash up during her stay. I advise taking a fan. Pool table room and movie room are pretty warm. Front door doesn’t close completely. I put stuff in front of it every night. It locks and you can’t open but you can see a good amount of daylight coming through on the lock side. I tried to keep thermostats on 70. But it kept going off line and couldn’t fix right. I think there is timers in it cause sometimes it would be 68 and others especially through the night 82 which made it very warm in there. We didn’t reach out to booking.com because we didn’t want someone to come over while we were out with activities.

Location, enough space for all of us. Easy to get in and out. It was nice to have the pool, pool table, checkers, movie room, and a room for everyone.

No broom or cleaning items available. We were traveling with kids and it would have been nice to have access to a broom or mop to help tidy up after the kids.

Several things need updated. Ground level shower knob is stripped out, water was never real hot, blankets on beds are the old scratchy wool ones from the 80’s, TV room was too cool to enjoy-eve with heat turned up and missing Roku remote

Location and size of home, most beds beds were very comfortable, ease of access, great correspondence with host, plenty of seating for a large number of guests and plenty of kitchen cooking items. Masssage chairs were nice. TVs were nice. Nice back room with pool table. Plenty of towels/washcloths

There really wasnt anything i could say negative about this house. My whole family just loved it. Maybe another trash can outside for the trash as we went threw several bags and had to take some with us when we left so not just leave it. But thats not on the home owner any way it was our trash.

The location of this home is amazing its literaly in the center of pigion forge with amazing veiws of all the lights at the island at night but just far enuff of the main road to not hear all the trafic when trying to relax highly recoment if u dont wanna be out in the middle of nowere.

Only thing that looked like it had been cleaned were sinks, toilets and beds. Heavy dust on lampshades. More spiders and webs inside than out. Holes in sunroom floor. A lot of disrepair. Rare hot water in kitchen.

Only positives are the location and the pool. Although, very steep driveway.

The pool was dirty and not usable the majority of the time we were there. The floors were so dirty they left the bottoms of our socks black, there was blood on 3/5 of the bed sheets, the neighbors little dogs kept barking during the night and kept me up. 1 of the beds was broke upon arrival and we killed several roaches in the house.

The location was close to everything we needed.

I recommend staying at Robertson’s family home in Pigeon Forge. The home is spacious, clean and close to town. My family really enjoyed the pool and fire pit also. Heidi is very quick to respond to messages as well. We look forward to booking this place again in the future.

It was a little outdated but other than that it was perfect. Wish the slide was working for the pool.

We all enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect. And the house was so pretty. The kids loved the piano.
