Front desk staff not welcoming. Bathroom floor slippery. I slipped and fell coming out of the shower. There was a constant machinery noise outside making it difficult to sleep.

I didn't like that the room did not have a microwave. There is one microwave inconveniently located next to the front desk, which has snacks for purchase. It appears the hotel is more interested in making money that providing a simple microwave in the room for guests. Also, in the fitness room, one of the two treadmills did not work. It looks like it has been broken for awhile. For the cost of the hotel, which would have been an extra $300 for one night, they can easily purchase a new treadmill for the fitness room.

The hotel looks newly renovated. The shower and toiletries were great, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and is close to many of the city's attractions.

Price point compared to other properties. Not worth the money they were asking. Was expecting something more based on reviews and price. Nothing particularly special though was priced as a higher end hotel. Did not have a free breakfast.

They seemed to be doing some renovations to some rooms on the floor we were staying on. The room right next to us was being worked on. Outside our room door throughout the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and some paint/ chemical smell was prominent in our room.

We have stayed here one other time before and really liked the location. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The bar is a plus!

I live nearby and had stayed at Hotel 6 years ago. Since then, they have been sold and went through a major upgrade, which took almost a year. It appears to me they spent a lot of money making the exterior look good, but very little on the rooms. I was disappointed. Also, coffee but no free breakfast. If I was traveling with a family, I would go elsewhere.

We couldn’t believe you didn’t have laundry facilities for your guests! It was the first major chain we have ever stayed in that didn’t have a washer and dryer! And it’s a beach property where guests need to wash their beach clothes. Also there was only ONE hook to hang a wet towel on! There’s a blank wall when you first walk in that could easily hold 3 or 4 hooks for wet clothing.

We loved everything except the lack of laundry facilities.

I was meeting another party at the location who got there before me and asked out room be next to each other, they tried to accommodate before my arrival, however I did not get my river view upgrade, it was a bummer sitting on the balcony watching the parking lot,also the shower floor was brown and dirty as if someone started cleaning it and forgot the shower floor, I finished cleaning it myself as I was a bit in a rush to get out. Finally, a bit of a suggestion, the pool area should be checked out, my grandson in his excitement started to skip and as he did slipped and fell and flat on his stomach and hit his chin on the concrete and split it open about an inch. I made sure he was taken care of He is ok and it did not slow down his vacation, however, when I walked through the areas closer to the pool there are some significant slick spots where the concrete is more smooth and the water settles. If someone is bare feet you can slip while walking so this definitely needs a fix.
