The bed pillows and bed were a little hard. I always bring my own pillow and the bed didn't prevent me from sleeping. I will echo other reviews about the breakfast. It was lacking in options. My 9 year old grandson even said "I was looking forward to sausages!" Lol The first day, the biscuits were hard. The second day they were fine. It was nice that they serve until 10am. Some hotels only serve until 9.

Beautiful facility and room! The staff not only provided great customer service but they were friendly. I had some issues...not caused by the hotel...but by a service I used in making my reservation/payment. The staff was so patient and helpful in figuring it all out. They were professional but also personable with a great sense of humor!

Bathtub not accessible no wheel in possible with the standard tub. Only bars but that's not much. Consider re-fitting the tub.

2BR, 2BA with kitchen and laundry on 4th floor was ample and comfortable. Balcony facing river and sunsets. Bed and sofa bed was comfortable. Extra blankets were provided on request. In unit laundry and dishwasher with complimentary soap. Nice! Welcoming staff. Location in town and 3 blocks from beach Quietude

Again, the kitchenettes are a game changer- really a must for an extensive stay with kids. I will say that the offer of breakfast is what leaned us toward this hotel vs others right on the beach (the walk is almost nothing anyway,) however the breakfast detracts more than it adds. I really would have liked my money and groceries to stretch a little further by taken advantage of a breakfast but it was so minimal and pretty lousy. I wish they didn't even offer it because it was more of a tease. I stopped in 3 days in a row to the same display. No protein option, packaged gluten free bagels, and white gravy with biscuits and unripe oranges and cheap yucky sugar filled yogurt. I really wish they wouldn't even bother OR do it right. For how nice the hotel is, boasting a better coffee and bagel bar would be so super nice. Almost anything other than what they had- if I was wanting to indulge i would not have wasted calories on such bland stuff. Still such a nice place; just use the kitchenette and dont plan on eating their breakfast.

I adore this hotel and the staff made our experience amazing. I've stayed here a handful of times in the last 15 years and the staff is just very patient and accommodating. Traveling somewhere with a kitchenette can really save so much money.

The food however was limited. Space was small and crowded. Coffee not good. No eggs or meat. It was obvious the people were disappointed with the choices. Cannot make instant oatmeal with water from a carafe. Not hot enough.

Very nice room and facility. Breakfast is important to us. And we like the convenience of having it at the hotel.

We had a family emergency on the second night and had to check out early. The room we booked in the fine print had to be reserved for three nights. I understand if you just choose to leave and not get a refund for that night but when you have a family emergency where your about to loss a family member is a different story

The breakfast could be a bit better considering the standard of everything else in this hotel. Now it was more like a standard motel breakfast.

We got upgraded to a bigger suite! It was really nice and fresh, and close to the restaurants and everything nearby. Friendly staff and good parking. Would definitely stay again!
