The Master bathroom door had a lot of blood on it, someone dropped the ball on cleaning it.

We arrived 10 minutes early and were told that we could not check in and that we had to come back in in 10 minutes That was a little ridiculous in my opinion.

Cabin was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of amenities. Lots of space. Excellent location.

Landscaping was beautiful,. The lazy river was why we booked it....bc we are 65 and 70 yrs old and my husband doesn't care for a pool. Stacked washer and dryer, and glass covered tables so no worries leaving rings on table. Elevators were prompt. Loved the garage parking.

Staff member that did not extend stay for correct date and charged card incorrectly. DJ for pool party said family friendly but had the most foul debauchery ridden country songs.

This place is fantastic. Not only does it have it's own lazy river, swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, trampoline and workout center, it also has a full service spa. The landscaping around the property is phenomenal, don't know who was in charge but it's meticulously kept. The 3 bedroom condo was big enough for the 8 of us. An extra large balcony over looking the gulf course was a huge plus. It was laid out perfect. Will definitely stay again, and if you check-in at the desk after your initial stay they give. 10 percent discount.

1. Tiny detail. The bathroom sinks drain slowly. Ask the cleaning staff to alert maintainence when they see this. 2. The written expectation to return the keys is odd. Again, the cleaners can collect them from the kitchen counter. I've stayed in fine hotels around the world & this is the only time I was asked to return the keys. 3. The two-page contract at check-in, and the parking pass requests can be done online before arrival. 4. The lazy river is a popular attraction. It would be really great if it could be closed to children at 10pm & kept open until midnight. The lazy river area could also use a hot tub or two.

Everything was amazing

What didn’t I like about this property? Everything was immaculate as soon as we arrived we got upgraded to a larger room. The room itself was so beautiful. We rented the four bedroom. It was so spacious. The parking garage stays lit 24 hours so traveling as a woman that was comforting when coming in at night, the balcony was spacious and amazing. The pool was great. The kids loved the playground. We will definitely be back for our family Christmas vacation staying at this location. You can’t go wrong with this booking.

The only complaint we had is that there are no rules for the lazy river. Kids swimming under you while you are floating. Adults standing in the lazy river blocking the flow. I wish there was a rule that everyone should be in a float like at other resorts we have stayed at.

The property is so clean. The staff are super friendly. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
