Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had to back down the parking lot to park. There was a big truck had parked and the parking lot just wasn't big enough to pull in and park at the end. Very cramped. I was also disappointed that the pool wasn't on site.
The bed was very comfortable. The air was great. We loved having a balcony. It was just wonderful!

The race tracks where a little loud other than that it was okay.

There wasn't much to not like. It was clean but could be cleaner but im really just nit picking at this point.
This place is right in the middle of everything in pigeon forge! The check in was so easy! The room is large and comfortable. Cleaner than most hotels! Very nice view and the hotel itself was quiet!

Parking is a bit difficult at times.

Little cramped with all of the big furniture and tub which we didn’t use. The tub might be a plus to some and no way to please everyone, personally I would prefer the space.
Loved the location even though by 2 go cart tracks. Once in the room you can’t hear them at all. The room itself is a little outdated with huge furniture and a huge jetted tub. The carpet appeared new, the room was very clean. An added bonus is you have a perfect view of fireworks every night at 9:55 from Dollywood. I will definitely stay there again if affordable

The pool is not on premises
We loved that we were in the middle of everything, but the room was very quiet. The room was exceptionally clean. The view was great. We were in walking distance to alot of things.

Be careful if you go to the river behind the hotel the step are messed up. But still a amazing place

The only complaint we had was we weren't used to a memory foam mattress and we're older and it was a little rough on our backs but we did alright with it.
The room set up, the balcony, how the staff had it ready to just go in without having to go to the office first was the best things about it.

I loved everything. I booked at 10am and my room was ready 2 minutes later. Perfect location. Could walk to stores and restaurants. All in all perfect vacation spot. I left a cabin and booked here. Well worth every penny!

Everything was perfect.
We loved everything about our stay. So welcoming and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony with the stream. Watching the different water fowl. Everything we did was close to the Rivergate.

Our door definitely needed to be better insulated. Maybe it was on the to do list because the website states the doors are very well insulated to keep us from hearing the noise of the go cart track directly in front of us. It was not horrible but we were exhausted and did not want to hear the music.
The room was very cozy and the bed was very very comfortable. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the rustic/antique looking furniture. Was also nice to receive a code when the room was ready, was self service type of situation. But if you needed something all you had to do was text.
