Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe dryer did give us a little trouble even with "timed dry mode" but we figured it out and eventually got our clothes dry.
Everything was great about the apartment. The rooms were nice everything was clean and neat. Had almost every pot and pan we could need aside from a colander lol.

United StatesI travel for work and this is by far the best location I’ve stayed in AND one of the cheapest. Whoever they have on the cleaning staff is phenomenal. I didn’t see one spec of dust and felt like I was in a brand new apartment. Staff was sweet and gave plenty notice about the parking situation which was extremely helpful to plan.

United StatesThis property was fantastic! It was clean and fully equipped including AC, a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and dish washer. Perhaps the only con was the sofa bed, not as comfortable but that is to be expected. It was centrally located, about 10 minutes away by car from Costco and Walmart. There is no on-site parking but there are metered stalls right in front of the property at very affordable rates. I would definitely consider staying here in the future if in town again!

United StatesWe arrived on time but were told by the cleaning staff that we could not come in because they were still cleaning so we’d have to wait. So we had to wait for about 45 minutes to check into our room. It was a bit frustrating because we were all tired and needed to get into the room and we just had to sit around waiting in the lobby until our room was clean. And the girl who cleaned our room seemed very unhappy that we were wanting to get in.. But once we were in the rooms were beautiful with a full kitchen and one block from the park. So the location was excellent and when we contacted property management to find out when we could get into our room, they reimbursed us some of the cost so they made it right.
Excellent location, wonderful rooms, beds were very comfortable

Francelocation great , room excellent but a little noisy being in main town area , not the fault of the property just idiots outside at night. Blinds not really functional at keeping out the light , so you wake up when sun rises , more for show than function. All else fine .

United StatesThe parking is not great, as you have to maneuver around parking meters. Be aware that you might not get a space close to property if trying to park at peak times of day, especially around 5-6pm.
Great little apartment-type property, very comfy bed. Great location to the convention areas. Right in the heart in Downtown Spokane. Perfect for two couples sharing the same space.

United StatesMore of a note than a complaint: Trash trucks and birds outside the window at the crack of day (like many hotels in city settings) woke me up, however, if I had turned on the white noise machine they provided it would have been fine.
Staff was extremely responsive when I had a question. It was very clean and comfortable. It was really nice to be in an apartment setting for numerous days instead of a hotel room.

United StatesThe apartment is very clean, remodeled, small but functional. The bed seemed small for two people. The surprise was that our unit was in the back of the building and from the windows one could only see a red brick wall. Barely any natural light came in. I didn’t see this in the advertisement pictures. There are other units in the building with natural light though.

United StatesGreat location. Close to campus. Clean. Well equipped - coffee pot, plates, silverware. Two bedrooms were spacious with tvs in both. Living room also very comfortable. The only downside was the night/early am noise - somewhat expected being in the city, but did impact sleep. Earplugs would be helpful.

United Statesonly thing I would change is soap dispensers verses plastic throw away bottles and a little nicer toilet paper. And maybe vacuum the rug more, but it seemed to like to shed. The area seemed a bit rough around the edges but you couldn’t tell unless you walked around the block
The bed was comfy, the kitchen was perfect, the size was good, very safe and easy access, I was able to order food easily. Nice and quiet, would definitely book again.

United StatesNo bell services to help you store your luggage after checkout if needed. Room has thin windows, we could hear people from the street early mornings. Building only has one elevator which is very slow.
Convenient location, right across the Spokane Convention Center. Room 201 was very spacious which had 2 bedrooms with a lot of windows, full kitchen and washer/dryer.

United StatesWe had an inner apartment with windows (they didn't open, so no air) that only looked out to the venting on the roof which had lights on very very late- all night? Not sure. The "windows" need black out drapes. The second bedroom had no "window" or A/C or heating unit, so relies entirely on the temp in the main room. If the main room wasn't kept super cold, then the second bedroom was super hot. And the person sleeping in the main room on the sofa couch was too cold. We asked for a fan for the second and third nights which the staff were able to find for us, thank goodness. Or we would have had to buy a fan for ourselves. The bedding on the sofa bed needs a major upgrade and better/additional blankets. Was surprised that they supplied tiny bottles of shampoo, etc. Much better to have permanent dispensers that can be refilled. So much better for the environment and the guests. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfy and had nice bedding. Overall, satisfied with our stay and would book again.
Great location! Helpful staff. Good space for our stay of 3 nights for 5 people.
