No one came and cleaned the room, emptied trash or took wet towels. There is no continental breakfast and the vending machines are always empty. The pools are both super cloudy and dirty looking and the outdoor slide doesn't look super safe. The rooms need some major renovations including removing the mold in the bathrooms and the dingy carpet. The whole room was very damp and out clothes even felt slightly wet in the mornings almost like a dew had fallen! The outside is very dirty and warn down. The whole place has so much potential but needs a major face-lift. We have stayed several times and so I don't hate this place but I dont want anyone to be fooled by the online pictures. They are very filtered! Just know its a decent price for an ok place to lay your head on a vacation but that's about it.

The location is wonderful and why we chose to stay here. You can walk to so many places from here and it is in the middle of the parkway so yiu can get to either end relatively quickly. The concept of the lodge is super cute but definitely needs a lot of updating.

The room was supposed to be a smoke free room and as soon as u walked in the door it smelled like smoke and one of the blankets on the bed had a cigarette burn on it

It's rather rundown . Found trash still left under the furniture . Air doesn't work well throughout the day, but at night, it will freeze you. Pools could have used a cleaning . Indoor waterslide seems run down , and heat to indoor pool was not turned on .Our suite was a two story stairs were questionable, and it felt like you may fall through ,railing pulling away from the wall. Water damage to ceiling on upper floor. Alot of messy patchwork to ceilings . Beds felt like you were sleeping on a board.

Location was easy to get to. Room was sizable for our group .Mini golf next door.

The wifi sucks. I booked 2 rooms and the AC unit in my second room was very loud and did not get cool enough. The entire hotel smells of chlorine, I know there's several pools but literally everything smells like chlorine. The bed, blankets, room, lobby. Everything. The outdoor pool is currently shut down so that would've been nice to know before booking. Our AC unit went out in the middle of the night, and no towels kept in the pool area so if you decide to stay here then you should bring your own towels or you'll constantly be running to the front desk for more. The towels they give you are also tiny. Fine for a kid/small teen but barely enough to dry off an adult. The shower head in the bathroom is really low, I'm 5'9 and had to pretty much bend over to wash my hair. The room has like 3 outlets so it was annoying trying to charge everyone's phones. Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but definitely not the best.

Location is great, staff is nice. Overall stay was pretty good. The beds were comfortable and the blankets are thin but warm enough. There's a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Very close to Dollywood, which is why we stayed here. Very close to shopping and attractions, about 10 mins from downtown Gatlinburg. Pool hours from 10a-10p. And one of the best priced hotels in the area.

Tye room seemed very dingy and smelled musty and moldy. The carpet was very nasty, and trash was left laying on the floors. It didn't seem as though it had been cleaned it quite some time, and the beds even had a musty smell. There was a small roach on the wall crawling the first time we walked in. The pool was far over chlorinated to the point that the smell would give you a headache. I wouldn't even let my kids in it. The price is amazing, but not worth it for me. I wouldn't stay again.

1st place I ever stayed that did not even have a chair in the room for relaxing or watching movies on the TV. Water pressure was very low and drains were slow. No trash cans in the breezeway for trash and the ashtrays were never emptied.

Could hear all the noisy from the outside. Vehicles going by people outside taking. The cold water didn’t turn on. However we did get to move to another room. There was a vent tore away from the wall and you could see out into a closet or something.

i didn’t like how cloudy the pool was, there was apparently an accident our second day so we couldn’t go to the pool that evening because it was closed. i didn’t like the fact our bathtub dripped water our entire stay and how the rooms didn’t have a table in them like most places.
