The time when the restaurants close. Both the time and days was challenging.

The kids loved the water park, horseback riding, archery, and the farm. The food tastes amazing at the River Ranch restaurant.

The major drawback is that by 8 pm everything is closed down, the frequent electricity and water interruptions were very inconvenient.

Overall my family and I had a nice time. The food at the Chop House was very good and reasonably priced. There were enough activities to keep everyone busy and entertained.

This was a fun experience for our family. Lots of activities to do - free and paid. There is really something for everyone in addition to a relaxed setting.

The room is to dark. We were there on a weekday and all the shops, the salloon and restaurants were closed. So we were a bit disappointed especially because of the high prices per night.

The room was good, kitchen fully equipped and the bed was amazingly comfortable The property is absolutely beautiful!

Toilets in smaller pool were not clean. Animal excrement outside window of my room on upper floor. Staff were not very friendly. Refrigerator not working in my room, was promised another but that didn’t arrive. Food and milk spoiled.

The Rodeo

When I arrived the room I was given had no AC. I had to go back to the office and was told another room was not yet ready and the would let me know. They did now so around 6:30 I went back to the office and they said the room was ready. We had to set in the restaurant as there was nothing else we could do having no room to change. That wait cost me $50. We did not have room service, clean towels etc once we got in. Saturday I had tickets to the rodeo. Had reservations at the steak place at 6:00. Received water around 6:20, cocktails around 6:40 and food around 7:05. I had to leave part of my food.

Rooms were nice and clean and lots of activities.

The room was dirty and smelled musty, the AC did not work, the toilet did not flush, closet door broken. Every activity requires a "fee" and it is super expensive and some staff members were super rude. In addition, it took one hour and half to get our food at the restaurant by the river and it was not worth the price. The whole experience was a nightmare, it was so bad that we left one day earlier, a total waste of money and time!!! DO NOT GO!!!

guest relations, all the activities were considered extra, nothing was included (beside petting the animals) and the rest was very overpriced, starting from the quadruple room we booked. completely different from the pictures. refrain from them. also in the early morning we’ve heard lot of noises from the roads that forced us to wake up. Not a very good start of the day.

A few places was closed during the week. I think you need more food places. The rodeo was alittle pricey. I think they should have grills out to cook out. I thought they would have the fire pits going on Saturday after the rodeo. I feel that should of been included in the evening .

I really liked how everything is within walking distance. . . The people was great very friendly, It was a great stay . We will be back with our granddaughter. Enjoyed the pool.

The food was so bad! so disappointing! we asked for pool and beth towels many times. at the end they brought a hand wash towel to the pool and we never get an extra towels to the room.
