United States3 of the stove eyes don't work but we made due. One of the bathroom lights in the main bathroom (fluorescent one) didn't always work. One of the outlets next to the bed does not work. Overall It met our needs

United StatesThe hours of the office were inconvenient. The hours were from 10 to 4, which is when we were usually out. So if you needed anything like towels, you had to make sure to get them then. Although the first time, when we needed towels passed the office hours, they made sure we got towels anyway.
It was clean and comfortable. Loved how we could get to several places without having to ever get on the main road. The Island, Old Mill, and even the Express grocery store were all accessible through a back road to beat the traffic!

United StatesThe geese on the river honked SO loud all night long. (Not the condos fault, but annoying when you are trying to sleep). The rug in the main area of the condo looked like it could use a good vacuuming. You are responsible for removing all trash out of your room to the dumpster yourself, which was kind of strange, but fine.
We loved the location. The room was nice and pretty clean. The price was very good.

United StatesWe booked solely for the purpose of the spa tub to learn sadly the previous reviews we read were indeed correct, there legit isn’t enough hot water to even fill the spa tub above the jets to turn it on. If this was fixed I would have given this 5 stars!
Loved the location and how spacious the condos are. We also loved the set up of the condo, it had a very cozy feel and so quiet. The fireplace was everything!!

United StatesThere was not enough hot water to fill the Jacuzzi tub. We did get a partial refund because of this problem. Also the kitchen was very dimly lit, and there was no door on the back shower/ toilet area.
It was clean and had a good location. The bed was comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace!

United StatesWhat I reserved isn’t the room I was assigned. I was supposed to have been in Room 609 that had the amenities shown in the pictures of what I reserved. We were assigned to Room 209 instead with no explanation. We got there after the office was closed so it was too late to ask. We needed somewhere to sleep.
We’ve stayed here several times and always had a good experience. It’s close to the places we like to visit.

United StatesI especially didn’t like that the property wasn’t lit up for security reasons. There were absolutely no lights on the building or in the dark parking lot. Every single surrounding building was lit up. For safety reasons alone, that is very unsafe feeling. We also think that the floor has never been mopped, it may have been vacuumed, but never mopped. Our socks were literally black.

United StatesI really can't say I didn't like anything. The dishwasher didn't work but other than that everything was really good.
We loved the location. As far as staff....there wasn't anything for them to do being as we booked from booking.com The ease of check in and out through booking.com was great!!! We will stay there again. Needs more parking though...people kept circling the parking lot hoping for a spot to open. Dishwasher didn't work, but that is not a big deal. Room was clean, plenty of towels, and very spacious.

United StatesThere was never anyone in the office, whether it be in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Felt a little concerned about that. No windows, one little one in the front which faced the elevator, and one the same size in the back of the condo about 4x6. You had to go onto the balcony to get any light or to see the mountains. We felt like moles after the 3 day. Advertised with 2 bathrooms/ one bathroom in the back was huge, but the toilet was in a very small space in the corner, a small bathtub that was slick on the bottom and a shower curtain that had mold both at the bottom and on the nozzle to adjust the water temp which was difficult to do; no towel bars in the bathroom at all; a nice vanity with great lights. the other bathroom was a vanity and washbowl on one side of the walkway, with a toilet on the other side in a closet, and a large jaccuzi tub in the bedroom which I guess was supposed to work as a bathtub, but I did not know one could be used that way. Clothes closet in the same with the hot water tank. 2 very nice TV's but the cable ran through walls from the front living room to the back bedroom. Working fireplace!. Bed was comfortable. Could not figure out how to open the dishwasher. The condo had a smell to it that was like something had been fired in there before we arrived so we went out and got air freshener. Nothing to clean the condo with so we did catch someone downstairs in the office and they did bring us a broom and dustpan. Overall we have stayed in much nicer motel rooms and they service the rooms with no additional charge. The balcony was very nice and the view of the river was nice.

United Statesthe room was not clean properly, air filters were filled of dust, you can tell certain items aren’t moved to sweep and mop. only two eyes of the cook top worked. Had to go out to get our own cleaning supplies and clean.
