Well we found chips in drawer on left side of the master bedroom, wished The big TV in Living room, Eye sore seeing the hole in the freezer

One night the elevator did not work. However, it was working the next morning. The wifi was spotty. Nothing major to mention really.

The condo was very clean and safe. It was near all the attractions that we were interested in seeing. The cost was reasonable. I liked the code to enter the condo. The parking lot was well lit. When I called the facility, someone returned my call immediately. I was able to communicate with the facility via phone, text, and email.

The fact that the bath broke the first night so we were unable to use it but other than that everything was great

Through no fault of the condos, but there was construction of a new building behind the property that was slightly annoying as they started loud construction at 7:00 A.M. every day.

Very close to the main attractions, but still very peaceful. Plenty of parking, and all the amenities of home.

The decor and finishes, appliances, bath/shower are extremely outdated. (Although they all worked). The shower is a giant jacuzzi tub (so old you definitely wouldn’t want to use the jets), and all the walls IN the shower were mirrored, lol! Weird! There were 3 forks and no basket to hold the filter in the coffee maker. But, the price is right and we checked for bedbugs (there were none), and like I said, it was clean, so we had a great time!

We were attending a conference at LaConte Convention Center, so the walk was super easy, there were plenty of towels, and it was very clean and quiet. Also the point person was so polite and helpful. He answered any questions quickly.

The property was nice but it could use a good cleaning. Lots of dust from the dryer where there isn’t a dryer hose. Top of fridge is dusty also.

The handles to turn shower on and off was very difficult for my +80 year old father to manage. The main bathroom had mirrors surrounding the shower tub.

Location to everything. Able to sit on balcony and watch the animals.

Close location to alot of attractions. My daughter and I came down for the Winterfest and loved how close it was to the walking trail. We could sit out on the balcony and see the trail and lights

Unit could use some upgrades and more detailed cleaning, specifically the ceiling fans were coated in dust. The family room tv hurts your neck to watch, it's mounted too high.

Some of the things did not work such as the jucuzzi the sliding glass door handle broke while opening the patio door that was super heavy and needed attention the curtains need to be fixed. No TV remote for living room tv.

The advertisement says that it has a king bed and 2 queen beds. It DOES NOT have a king bed. It had a full bed and 2 queen beds. The sliding glass door had a screw sticking inside that cut my hand.

The condo (310 Little Pigeon) needs some TLC, minor maintenance, and the immediate location was not very desirable visually. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place. The furniture is worn, the toilet in the main bathroom needed a new ring (it rocked), the kitchen needs updated items, balcony door handle broken and difficult to lock, and no ice trays,

The accommodation was okay for 6 people (3 adults and 3 teenagers). It is located near the main strip. We stayed 2 nights. The price was reasonable for just a place to sleep.
