It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The house is amazing, and we truly felt at home. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Having a private bathroom was very convenient. It was also easy to get to Seattle by train.

I think a small refrigerator in the room would be nice to keep your beverages cold.

The setting is in a wonderful Edmonds neighborhood, and it's very peaceful with nice views of Puget Sound . You will be close to the ferry dock with easy access to downtown Edmonds. Honestly, I slept better there than in my own bed. Also, Pedro and Sophie are very nice and accommodating.

We loved the proximity to downtown Edmonds and the easy access to the mall in Lynwood. Pedro and Sophie were so kind and friendly. When I needed to use a needle and thread to sew a couple of buttons, that was accommodated happily. We will return to see how the lavender is growing.

All was really excellent. Would prefer a container with pump for shower gel. The packets were difficult opening and of barely sufficient quantity. We had a bedroom and private bath. We weren't sure of where we were permitted beyond that, so we avoided the living room, etc.

Hosts were lovely and welcoming. We would have liked a few more hand towels (only 1) and coffee pods; as it was we were limited to one cup of coffee each. There was shower gel provided but we had to ask for a bar of hand soap, which was provided right away. Over all, very lovely.

-wonderful house, located in a calm and beautiful area. the terrace gives a great view on the sea -the room is beautiful, very well decorated, and clean. each detail is being taken care of. -the bed is very comfortable - in a world where there is no contact anymore between host ans guest, where a short access instructions message suffice, Pedro and Sophie are finally the exception. They are there to welcome you and to make you feel home. Always kind and helpful, a real pleasure to meet them

My only frowny face for this property concerned the location of the microwave which was up on a very high shelf and needed to be moved to the left, halfway off the shelf so that the cord could reach the electrical outlet to be plugged in. I only used the microwave to heat up leftovers one time.

This property and the host were an amazing find on Booking.com. The location was in a safe and secure residential location within an easy drive of downtown Edmonds. The apartment was spacious (actually more square footage: 667 than my home apartment: 601!). The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I especially liked the cozy comforters. The Keurig coffee machine, 4 slot toaster, electric tea kettle and FULL SIZE refrigerator with freezer added to the amenities. The TV was large and loaded with cable content including premium channels. The fireplace was large and a nice focal point. I wish I had taken advantage of the fireplace more than just one night. Next time, I will bring more fire logs. The shower with the rainfall showerhead was very nice and having the sink outside of the bathroom was quirky, but worked well for me. I loved the decorating esthetic of the apartment. The area rug in the bedroom had my favorite colors and two prints in the living room were beautiful and a match for the rug. The other art, decor and furniture added to the comfort and ambience. I enjoyed this visit so much that I booked my next visit before I left!
