Definitely not a 60.00+ a night room. It reminded me of the days I worked in the oilfield the people renting the room Definitely trashed them and they never fixed the broken issues.

Floors were dirty in the room main door had damage to it as. Over all the peice for the quality of the room was a bit high.

Roach, loud fighting through the night, sketchy trashy neighborhood

It was quite clean. Down to earth staff. People arguing all night. Left my window open so I could see if anyone was trying to break in my car. Room was clean, but in the morning a giant queen roach came out in the middle of the floor and started dying...as far as I could tell no bedbugs so that's a plus..always remember you get what you pay for..they don't believe in weedeating too much in Farmington or fresh coats of paint..overall I was pleased enough that I didn't get shot for 48 bux..+++..on a further plus if you are a fairly happy well mannered person you will find the locals to be that way also..lots of sunshine and good temps..on the other hand never go to the motel 6 in Santa fe

Staff forgot to charge me a deposit on the first night so when i paid for the second night they charged me a $50 deposit and on the third day charged me another $50 deposit for my dog and staff was rude when notifying me about the additional charges.

NO HOT WATER, 1 channel static low picture TV, bathroom never warmed up, Loud drunk neighbors arguing half the night. Last minute notification front desk leaving at 9pm, rushed to check in, no one to call when we found out there's no hot water.

Heater was hot, price was great for 2 nights..... but should've known I got what I paid for. A very low cost and low quality room.

No shower

Who rents out rooms and they know there is no hot water to shower? No discount and offer to give back $$$ yet it is at night cold as hell.....like I wanna go around and find another hotel. Unbelievable

Wifi was not working, tv was not working. Bathroom floor was all wet, seems someone shower just before. Hairs all over the bathtub and pillows. An alarm sound from 8am all morning

It was in need of some…ok, a lot of work. The room itself was fairly clean, but things like the bathroom and kitchenette area. We’re definitely showing their age.  for example, the trim around the bathroom door was painted but you could see places underneath where it was rotting.  It’s going to take more than a coat of paint to fix that. Plus, the toilet seat was falling off.

The room was not cleaned. There were hairs in the bed. The floor was dirty. There was no bedspread and the night got chilly. We also did not get the room we booked. We book a double. Called that day to confirm a double. When we got there, our room had "messed up tiles" so they gave us a room with one king bed.

It will take a lot of work to get this place just to liveable.

This is really disgusting place. The stairs going to the room rusty and had holes that if u trip do not expect to have a few scratches. The shower and faucet had to be turned off certain way to shut the water. We didn’t have a choice since we bring our dog. Our dog is trained and well behaved and we had to pay $50.00 extra refundable . How can a trained dog ruin an already dilapidated room and surroundings. No extra toilet paper in the room. Do not make our mistake to book this place.

Our room wasn’t clean there was goat heads all around the room . Bathroom was dirty and the fridge had someone elses drinks inside.
