Excellent Location great value

To much furniture in the space available, Kerig coffee machine broken, no DW, Laundry not described as pay machines outside unit.

Very nice spot just 1 min walk away from the beach, we really enjoyed our stay , loved all the extra amenities like towels and beach chair and all the pods and stuff to cook your own meals

One thing is that the bedroom don’t have curtains so early in the morning you will get a lot of sunlight , another thing was a noise that sounded every 10min approx we think it was the ac from outside

The bed decorated in starfish wasn't very comfortable. The Mattress has a big sinkhole in it.

I attempted to venture into the patio, you know simple night, watch the sky solo... But was told that it was private. I tried to explain that I was a guest & wasn't loitering but was prompted (in a very rude way to leave the area I wasn't invited or so. So I just left it at that. Didn't want to cause any disruption.... Would've been nice to at least enjoy what I paid for in full

I liked that it was close to the beach and there was designated parking spots. I also liked that there was beach gear available.

This was just my experience so don't let this deter you. The condo was clean but there was numerous cockroaches, which come up through the drain I was told. Our first night there was one about 2 inches long scurrying about the bathroom, we killed it but then then 3-4 more little ones came out of hiding throughout the stay. The sheets were uncomfortable and pilled in the flamingo room. The description also said that there was a balcony, the 2nd floor walkway is not a balcony. This was misleading.

Shower drain was slow.. had to shower in stages by stopping water.. not what paid for!! Called Teresa’s number on card. I was out all day thinking it wud be fix!! Not!!

And the best part about the property it was clean, comfortable location was amazing I would stay and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you.

This was a great space. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We had what we needed, and the beach was our backyard.

We had a hard time with the tv's but it wasn't too much of a big deal as we weren't spending much time indoors watching TV. The beach is your backyard.

Great location and beach access. Unit has functional and utensil stocked kitchen and washing facility on grounds with great machines. The housekeeping changed a bad light bulb for me in the room I wanted to sleep in which was excellent service in my opinion. Things like that matter.

As a suggestion the instruction and guide book for the unit need to be updated and reprinted etc maybe a little bigger print font as well for eyeglass readers. I like the startup digital information sent by the property management but the onsite book is still just some peoples go to.

Loved the location and it was clean and cozy

It would be nice if more than one roll of toilet paper was provided. Also at least a starter supply of k cups would be great! Small things that make a big difference!
