The kitchen was missing a few needed items. There were no hot pads to use when cooking, only one dish towel and no dish rags available. We ended up using some of the towels from the bathrooms. Also, there was no can opener. The microwave started smoking the one time we tried to use it - BIG fire hazard!

The apartment was very clean, tidy, and nicely furnished. There was lots of communication throughout the rental process and stay. We had a small hitch when a maintenance worker locked the outer door, but the situation was fairly quickly remedied. The pool area was very nice and clean. All in all, it is a comfortable place to stay.

I think it needs more utensils for the kitchen, it looks as very limited for cooking.

The pool was out of service when we went. Would not have stayed at this property had we known it was going to be out of service. Ended up leaving a day early.

The pool was closed for some reason the first day we were there. We also never found the key fob for the pool, but it was OK because people let us in.

The company charged me 50% upfront. Not a problem. However then they charged me the full amount day of. They have not refunded and have stopped responding to My emails. Now I have to fix through my credit card company Which is going to be a pain. I emailed several times. They Initially said "no problem, we will refund once the payment goes Through". It went through on Monday and it is now Friday. Sadly annoyed that an otherwise great experience is being soured. But 50% more than the agreed upon price is definitely no okay.

The place itself was great. It was Comfortable and in a good location. Everything was close by.

Someone left garbage on our patio. There were little things like the shower curtain liner was slimy and the detergent area in the washer that were dirty

No king bed, kind of strange. Two beds in each room crammed in with very limited space in bedrooms. Desk was completely blocked by a bed. Cheap utensils/appliances. Dish drying mats used as bathroom mats….Cheap towels & soap amenities.

Nice location. Pet friendly, ground floor unit was a plus with two pups.

Communication could have been a lot better. Check-in instructions provided day of check-in had a missing key code and incorrect WiFi so messaged the property 7 hours before arrival that the key code info was left blank. Never received a response until I called once I arrived - very stressful. Had messaged them twice before arrival day on check-in procedures since I would be traveling and never received a response. That makes it 3 unanswered messages.

Kitchen utensils need to be updated, Curtin blinds over window blinds would help keep out light from outside. Kitchen faucet did not have enough pressure, probably needs to be replaced.

I didn't eat breakfast. Location was great. Nice running trail out back of property. I wish this was in description with a trail map. I would rent this place again.

The Glade Plug-in's that were in the property when we arrived were old and used up (empty), I was stuffy and having allergic reactions for the first two days and couldn't figure out why, then I unplugged them, and things improved greatly. There were too many beds in the property for the two of us, we were not able to utilize all the space in the property because of this which was disappointing. The other thing that we didn't like was that there were no safety bars to hang onto to get in and out of the shower/bath. It was a rather high ledge to step over. Kitchen area was great, we utilized it throughout the stay. (need new sponges for washing dishing and better dish soap though) Bathrooms were roomy and clean.

The only cons that we have is that the two guests bedrooms lack of mirror. Since they share a common bathroom, it would be nice that they can do their makeup and view themselves in their own bedrooms, when the bathroom is occupied. This would be more important than the TV in the bedrooms.

The property is located in a nice, quite and serenity. We like the spaciousnesses, and the cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and the closest are spacious. We like the MBR layout and the view of the pool.
