Front desk person was not the friendliest or most helpful. Didn't even know when checkout time was- had to look it up. Didn't have up-to-date info on EV charging stations.

Place was very clean, well-maintained. Highly recommend.

Would like a better bed instead of Murphy bed.

Beautiful lobby. Great location. Nice pool with hot tub. Enjoy the amenities like cookies and movies.

The only thing that could have been better was if there is some kind of signup sheet for the game room. We tried several time yo play pool but there was a group that monopolized the table our entire stay.

I love the lobby and library room. I also liked that there is a kitchen where you can cook a meal for your family.

Check out time too early. There was a lot of construction at the entrance, making it difficult to walk to the square.

Spacious rooms and nice facilities. Good place for families with older kids as the rooms have 2 bathrooms and sofa bed, plus a small kitchenette. Appreciate the coffee available in the lobby. Nice gym and games for kids. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

I can't complain. I have stayed here for 4 nights for the last 2 summers, and everything was cool.

Quiet nights and mornings for a good night's sleep. Good complimentary coffee and nice outside areas to sit and relax as well as the room balcony.

Just a suggestion, could a leaflet as to ‘how to get online,’ be placed in each bedroom.

We loved our stay at this charming, quiet & comfortable resort. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our studio offered everything we needed for a 2 night stay, including a small outside area for early morning coffee & breakfast. I loved the good sized swimming pool & hot tub as well as recreational area upstairs.

Room was a bit dark. Despite the window it didn't seem to get much natural light, and the furnishings are very dark.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice shared areas. Big shared kitchen. Good facilities- gym, pool, laundry, pool table, some indoor and outdoor areas to sit in. Friendly and helpful staff

We were really disappointed to hear the City of Taos no longer has a viable recycling program. We suggest that the hotels in the area do something about remedying this. It was SO hard for us to not be able to recycle the paper, cardboard and plastic!!! We are spoiled by our City's exemplary recycling program and efforts. Take an example from Mpls.MN! **It would be better for the environment to supply the body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioners in pump containers affixed to the wall. Please stop with the little bottles of plastic products! -Also,we were hugely disappointed to not be able to open the window in the bedroom or bathroom. We want fresh air,not air conditioning, especially at this location! We were told they can not be opened because the windows would fall off the building!

-Love the Nicolai Fechin wood reproduction! *It would be helpful to have signage(or staff to mention, consistantly)that the Taos Musuem of Art/Fechin House/Studio offers discounted pricing to guests. The admission is discounted to $8 per person. -The decor is very nice, very "Taos". -Loved having the complementary laundry machines and soap. -Staff was friendly and helpful. -Enjoyed the BBQ grill and the Rocking Chairs -Wonderful,walkable location to the Plaza -Quiet location, wonderfully tucked back from the busy street -Lovely Kit Carson Memorial Cemetary(& park) right next to the place

Pool closed, hot tub closed, we were hoping to use one or both. Resort is difficult to find without GPS, no signs, sits behind museum in downtown Taos.

Room space - very spacious, well-equipped, Kitchen availability a plus, although would like to be able to do that in the room, instead of going back and forth to the kitchen.

The inner shower curtain did not look very clean it was yellow, the drain was full of a lot of hair after removing it myself the drain was ok and the shower head was all full of build up from the water deposits after scraping off the build up the water came out better. Last the coffee maker still had coffee grins in it from the last people in the room.

We we're only told that coffee was available?!?

The city of Taos has some of the worst drinking water I've ever tasted. It tasted like it came out of a chlorine pool. I'm a little biased as I have a well but they only had one container of water near the coffee station and they did not refill that during the day so I was stuck to buy bottled water which I really didn't want to go to the store as I was busy with a workshop. I think they should have enough water for people to fill their water bottles for the day and have a picture of water in their rooms as I couldn't even make a cup of tea as the water taste is so bad. They were doing construction but they hardly worked when I was there on the pool so that really wasn't a problem other than looking at it boarded up.

I love the location which was so quiet at night as it is back behind a beautiful small museum. It was close to a lot of good restaurants and the main part of Taos. I so enjoyed walking the area. The staff was very nice and helpful. I did enjoy the small kitchen and sitting area in my room and a patio outside as the weather was gorgeous while I was there
