We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe choose this property for the # of beds but the pull out sofa had no sheets or blankets at 11pm we had to go to reception to request them also we choose this for the pool which was permanently closed. This should have been disclosed before hand. My niece was very disappointed. I feel that booking.com should issue a credit or voucher to be used at a future date.

United StatesWhen we checked in the thermostat was set on the highest heat-93 degrees. Was a very hot day outside, excess 90 degrees. Unable to cool room to a comfortable level to sleep. When informed front staff at check out, they said "oh well, sorry".

I thought I booked a handicapped accessible room, but that apparently didn't happen. we were able to get one the second night. Both rooms, the beds were awful. The first room, we both rolled to the center. The second room, my husband rolled towards my side.
